Spoke with Sheila today to set up a new renter's policy and will be moving my auto with her as well! She was terrific and helped me figure out what coverages work best and answered my many questions throughout the process without missing a beat!!! So helpful, professional and fun to work with in setting up my new policies! Definitely a welcome change from the primarily online automated systems I had been dealing with, to have someone local and available is a real value!!

I have been with this agency ever since I got my license & have never left. My rep Leslie helped me obtain coverage for my autos, renters & most importantly life insurance. I have dealt with all of the reps in the office & each of them has treated me like family. They are always ready to answer any question I have or call me in a timely manner to respond back.

Keith Edwards State Farm has provided excellent, quality service to our family for 24 years. We've had several home, life and auto policies spanning this time and whenever we call or email they attentively address our needs and respond to our inquiries. We highly recommend Keith Service and Staff, especially Sheila Jenkins, who goes above and beyond the commitment of customer service! She remembers everything and personalizes each contact with clients. She even once surprised my daughter with a delicious homemade cake on her 18th birthday. If you need insurance, call them!
