To be successful this time around, I will be charging a small membership fee. The details of this will be spelled out in the near future. I anticipate the fee to be $300 / year, $550 for Couples, and $750 for families with dependent children between the ages of 16 and 26. I am very sorry to have to do this, but the lack of value placed on quality care by the insurance companies has forced this upon me.

Personalized Healthcare is a new program at Sage Medicine that will allow us to continue providing the care that you deserve and have come to expect. This program limits the number of patients that Dr. Cawley sees so that she can continue to provide a higher level of care, for a small annual fee. Sage limits the number of patients seen by Dr. Cawley so that she will not be rushed to complete appointments.
Dr. Cawley cares about the welfare of all of her patients. But the current state of medicine has increased costs that require Dr. Cawley to see more patients in a day and spend less time with each patient than she believes is beneficial. This new program reduces Dr. Cawley's patient load, allowing her to give more and improved personalized attention to each patient.

This place is great and the staff are all kind and friendly . I went in to see Kirin, who’s just a delight to be around with and to get the micro needling procedure done and it works amazing ! It was my second trip , certain areas of my face was a little more sensitive at times but overall the experience was great. You come out looking a bit sunburnt but after a few days it’s just amazing how much more brighter and clearer my face was . I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience, including the pleasant & efficient front desk staff, the consult time with Dr Wheeler, and the Emsella treatment with Jack. Got great results from six Emsella appointments - MUCH better pelvic floor muscles now, get to go running again! The front desk is not communicating with doctors and you have to do it all yourself, the staff and the doctors are rude. I called couple times to cancel an appointment and they did not respond and I had to be the responsible person, they don’t follow up or anything like that. They just want to charge your insurance and make you to buy their fake medication, which is just throwing money in the garbage.

Have been going to Sage Medicine for seven years. I'm a health systems designer and admire the methodology that Dr. Cawley and her staff apply to diagnosing, treating and/or referring to specialists for a whole range of health and medical issues. She is very thorough and pleasant to work with. Please be aware that Dr. Cawley spends the time necessary to treat and advise her patients. All doctors can get behind on their schedules because of complicated patient issues. I always take a good book in case I have to wait. But, she and her staff are well worth it, and I wouldn't switch doctors

Sage Medicine of San Antonio is not recommended as the physician is deaf to the patients concerns. At best Sage Medicine is a pill pusher, believing any and all ailments can and should be treated simply by taking a pill. Only after providing courtesy information of intent to consult another physician , Dr Cawley began referring other treatments and therapies hitch were risky to general well being and health.
