We decided to sell our home in order to move out of state and help my elderly parents. We first found Hero Real Estate Group and Armando at a veterans get together, help by Ace Cafe. Me and my husband, asked for his contact information and went from there. During the process, Armando worked very hard and gave us his opinion, when asked. He would keep us inform of the process and what needed to happen. Armando has been my realtor through sale and purchase of three different houses. As a seller's agent he found buyers quickly above my asking price. I contacted Armando about selling a rental property. Armando came to the house and provided me with all the necessary information about my property and recent sales. Armando provided suggestions and the home sold quickly. Everything from when I met Armando to the closing went smoothly. He always answered my questions quickly and professionally. The best part about all of this was my home sold quickly, I got a rebate from Armando in the amount of $1,200 for the heros program and the Title Company took off another $325. Armando was an amazing realtor. He knew I was busy with school and work when I started looking for a house, and he didnt blow my phone or email up like most realtors do when they find out you're in the market for a place. When the seller backed out of paying closing costs, Armando chipped gave me $2250 in order to keep me from breaking my bank to close on the house.
