We are a family business that started in the small town of Flat Lick, Kentucky in 1965. We moved locations in 1994 to Barbourville, Kentucky to better serve our customers. We opened Bingham Retreading in 2001 when we saw the need to provide our commercial customers with top of the line Goodyear retreads.

I showed-up on a Saturday 1 hour after the already short-handed store owner had closed and no one was in sight. I had a broken belt on an inside duel tire on my RV that was causing a severe vibration throughout the vehicle and I was unwilling to risk trying to drive to our vacation campground destination in NC.

AVOID THEY LIE TO YOU!!! My husband Called the store on Wednesday, talked to a guy about charging our ac on our truck. The guy told us to drop it off Thursday and he would try to fit it in but he said he would be able to do it for sure Friday. So we took it down Thursday to drop it off early just in case, and the guy he spoke to then said that they won’t be getting to it til sometime next week! No way he could do it Thursday or Friday. I don’t like doing business with a company that can’t keep their word! Makes me wonder what else they will lie about!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I had a pair of trailer tires blow on the way home from Florida. We called Bingham tire when they opened and they had 4 tires my size in stock. We told them what our situation was and they had us in and out in less than an hour and a half. Both the tech and the guy behind the counter were polite and helpful. If I lived closer they would have all of my business.

I had been to get groceries at Kroger and as I was readying to leave the parking lot, a lady approached me saying that I had a leak in my right rear tire, as she had heard it when she was going into the store and again as she was walking past my car to leave. I thanked her profusely and headed for Bingham Tire, as was on the way home and being as I had just bought some cold items, needed to get them in a fridge as soon as possible, but didn't dare try to drive far on that tire. I came to Bingham tires before and the service was great. People I office are great. Decided to come again, but I'm starting question my choice. Made an appointment for 2pm and arrived 5 minutes early. At 3pm I ask how much longer it would be and was told 35 minutes. It's now 5 till 4pm. Two hours and my wheels are still sitting on the floor. Techs appear to be occupied with talking and smoking. 3 other customers came in after me and are already back on the road. I guess I'll continue to wait and then look for another tire shop.
