We are a neighborhood restaurant offering dinner and full bar service in three unique spaces: our bar and lounge, where we host live music Sunday-Thursday from 6-9pm, the covered patio where guests can dine al fresco, and our main dining room for those who like their evening meal to be a little bit more formal.
A big part of my mission revolves around employee care. If you care for your employees and give them support and respect, not only do they support you, but more importantly, they care for the guests, which is our end goal: to give the best dining experience possible. A native of Upstate New York, Beth Ann's first "culinary" experience was working in the bakery section of a local Italian grocery store in East Syracuse, NY.

Enjoyed a fantastic birthday dinner on their outdoor covered patio. After a disappointing meal the night before, they saved the day with an impeccable meal. Every bite was delicious and everyone loved their entrée selection. Even the dessert was satisfying. The waiter was very attentive and the pacing of the meal was perfect as well. I would highly recommend this place for a nice evening out!

Beautiful space! We felt like we were in Europe. The outdoor patio is just lovely. We had great service and delicious food. I enjoyed the lasagna and hubby got the 3 meat pizza. We also shared the mezza salad which was really fresh. Great wine specials too! This may be our new favorite spot for a date night!

I have been to all iterations of Mezza Luna over the years and it still one of my favorite restaurants at the beach and really in Jacksonville overall. In fact, this is where I requested my birthday dinner to be! The food is always top notch, the service great, and I love that they do reservations. For me, the worst thing about it is that there are too many good things on the menu and I have a hard time deciding what to get. My go tos are the pizza if I'm feeling a more causal vibe, or my favorite entree is the pappardelle. Every time I've had it, the pasta is fresh and perfectly cooked

Best restaurant ever I eat a pasta dish parparelli or something like that with I think veal the best with Conundrum wine and bread pudding or banana bread not sure name but the food is the very best the service was excellent my waitress was from Uruguay very smart real warm and sweet service thank you so much !! The manager is awesome she takes care of the place with so much love and details... she put her heart I say best in Jacksonville and best experience ever in my 46 beautiful years of life u guys rock !!

Came here to celebrate my birthday.
They recognized my special evening with my bride at every opportunity including a special desert.
The service as well as the food was all impeccable! Wine list was great and we enjoyed one of our favorites with careful observation from our server
Chris. Our glasses were kept comfortably full at all times. Can't wait to return and take up where we left off. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Valet parking makes it easy to get in and out without having to search for nearby parking. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I would think twice before ordering cocktails as the use very small martini glasses and at $13 a drink you can get taken really fast. Our table was very pleased with their choices. One couple ordered the pizza and thought it was quite tasty. The cioppino was also very good. The pappardelle with short rib ragout was tender and delish. The brussel sprouts and salmon cakes are worthy of their acclaim. Try the banana pudding with ice cream or the ice cream with espresso

Super impressed with this restaurant! Came in on a Saturday around 5. Plenty of patio and indoor seating. The space is beautiful - we chose to sit on the covered patio.
Wine & cocktail list is extensive. Started off with an appetizer - we got the Burrata. Delish! And there was plenty for the 3 of us to share.
Between our table we got: lasagna, the specialty pasta entree & specialty fish entree. All three were spectacular.
We finished it off with dessert & those did not disappoint either.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I was pleasantly blown away by the flavor and beauty of the food prepared here. I had the Salmon and Scallops, placed upon asparagus and roasted cauliflower.... OMG, it was amazing. The searing on the Salmon and Scallops was perfect. The asparagus was tender and the cauliflower was roasted to perfection. I then asked to see the chef to give my appreciation and she was extremely gracious. Thank you Chef Nadine for such an amazing meal.

Walked in, Amazing hostess(es), so friendly and very accommodating. Waiter was amazing and made some wonderful recommendations. We tried the corvina with coconut rice with jalapeño syrup, crab cakes, meatballs, butternut risotto. So amazing!!!! The flavors just burst in your mouth. The ambience is so amazing. Will definitely be coming there again soon!

My second favorite Italian restaurant. Had a beach getaway and we were looking for a sexy place to take my wife. We found Mezza, first thing is they do complimentary valet parking which is very convenient. The service was great, the staff was very attentive, we didn't have to wait too long for our food. We ordered truffle fries, Brussel sprouts and crab cakes for appetizer. My wife ordered the salmon, I got the fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was great, we will be back.

I was able to make a reservation for a group of 25. Everything was very convenient from the first conversation we had, until we finalized our bill. Beth Ann, the GM, contacted me directly and was very accommodating with our requests. The staff was extremely attentive, particularly for having such a large group. Great food, great atmosphere, and gracious hosts!

Another great meal at Mezza Luna Ristorante in Neptune Beach! Every bite was delicious from the bread, special salad appetizer (prepared with quinoa, crispy green beans, edamame, tomatoes, onions and their special dressing), Fresh Pappardelle-short rib ragu, Pan Seared Diver Scallops paired with butternut squash & parmesan risotto, pearl onions, Cabernet reduction and dusted with pepitas. We started the meal with two glasses of Prosecco and enjoyed an excellent bottle of Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano from Toscana. My husband had chocolate cake with the most delicious hard chocolate ganache

Glad we stopped in for a little Italian while we were in town. Nice spot for a relaxing dinner. We started with salads, the wedge was delish. They add sun-dried tomatoes for a nice twist. For dinner we had the scallops / risotto and the linguini with marinara sauce. Both amazing. For desert we hand a tasty espresso martini. Nice way to cap things off. Service was excellent.

Ohhhh - my - goodness! What a fantastic place! The best food In the area! The server Jamie was very knowledgeable and personable - she was great! We had salads - short rib Papadilla - Ciapino and to top it off their bread pudding! Our new favorite dinner place at the beach!

Update after another visit recently. Same unbelievably strange hostess, but once we were sat Shannon our server was absolutely awesome.
When we got there the bar was full so the hostess said she would get someone to come take our drink order outside. That must have slipped her mind because we waited for almost 15 minutes and I had to go in and get one of the managers (Beth maybe?) to come out and take an order. She was awesome and checked in on us the rest of the night.

It's been a while since we've dined at Mezza restaurant and Neptune Beach. A hot spot among the locals the bar is full on most every night as well as the restaurant. We ordered a pizza of the day and three entrees posted below. While the food was good it was nothing outstanding and not nearly as imaginative as I remembered. Hands down the best dish of the night was the pizza that we ordered for an appetizer. With so many other restaurant choices available at the beach I don't believe Mezza will be on my list the next time.
