Our chef's choice of fine meats and cheese paired with housemade accouterments, fresh baked bread, and locally sourced jams and honeys. Breaded green beans fried to a golden delicious crunch and served with a special bistro sauce. Sensations blue lump crab sauteed veggies white wine, creamy cheese blended with bread crumbs grilled to order served with remoulade lemon and tomato basil.

Pricey. The green beans appetizer was very good. I would not get the onion soup again. The ginger crusted Ahi tuna was very good. The burger was ok.

It was busy, one plate 🍽 was very under cook, like raw raw and we like mediumrare.. Overall food was okay. The environment was great. Staff was polite, but table next to us got food compt and free dessert for that screw up. We got nothing at all. Just a togo for the dinner that showed up correctly after everyone else was done and ready to go.

Went to dinner with another couple, the soup was really good, our steaks were cooked just how we ordered them the sides had really good flavor and the bread pudding was great(which I normally do not like). One the best parts of the experience was the staff. Our waitress was friendly and attentive which is hard to find lately. Over all it was a very good experience.

Very cool place. Unique. Food was good too. Had the prawns. Wife liked her plate as well. The only bad thing… and this was pretty bad in my opinion…. I ordered an Old Fashion. It was served in a tiny 4oz glass. Minus the ice, I was lucky to get a 2 1/2oz cocktail. It was a joke. Luckily the waitress brought me a real sized glass AFTER I ASKED politely. And it only took 20 minutes to get that 2nd drink after I asked. She admitted it was way too small and we all laughed it off. But in all seriousness , no good bartender, waiter or waitress should ever allow such a poor excuse of a drink to even

It was my birthday.. our service was horrible we literally were in the restaurant for 3 hours .. are food was not up to par.. . No water refills.. people
My boyfriends food was 2 spicy..
My dads halibut was over cooked lol and the told him the only had 3 left ..LOL MY DAD SAYS COOK IT THEN..... ANYWAYS

Loved the atmosphere. Food choices. I wish you had a malt beverage like Mike's or Smirnoff. The mixed drink was superb as was my husband's. Salmon was very good. The baked potato was perfectly cooked.

Excellent friendly service. Food was fair at best. I had the brisket - good flavor but very dry/tough. My wife had the tuna - over cooked and over sauced. Deserts were good. We wont go back. Too many better restaurants around.

The Blacksmith's Steakhouse is a hidden gem on the square in Washington. Reservations are recommended as there was a 45+ minute wait when we arrived at 7PM on a Friday evening.
Our meal consisted of the bruschetta for an appetizer, salads with the house creamy garlic dressing, petite filet mignon w/ a loaded baked potato and grilled chicken breast with a balsamic glaze and garlic smashed potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious and the bill with a cocktail was just a bit over $60 before tip.
Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top notch and we'll be back for another visit
