Usually 5 stars! But just some feedback the smoked meat in the greens weren’t very appealing to the eye. Honestly kinda may have gave the greens just a little bit of an after taste. I say this because I LOVE their greens usually. But today the meat inside the greens was very gray and sad. I’m sure it was just today’s batch! Other then that awesome as always

I had the South Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich. It was by far the best BBQ Sandwich I've ever had! It was so big when it was brought to me I thought there was no way I could eat all of it. But I did! Along with the cucumbers which were as tasty as my Mom used to make them. I recommend this restaurant to anyone! Delicious food 😋 !

Great experience at the Brass Pig yesterday. Great food and atmosphere. John, the owner, is thoroughly engaged in the business. My wife said, and I quote, “this is my new favorite place.” Bonus... best Wolverine bar in central Illinois and I believe the owner, John, converted to the Maize and Blue after the Buckeye beat down.

Hands down the best bbq I’ve had in town! My husband and I went for our first date out after having our newest baby and we couldn’t have had a better experience! We did have a couple hiccups but everything was… resolved professionally and promptly! We had the Cuban egg rolls which were absolute out of this world. My husband had the Cuban and I had the brisket sandwich and they were both absolutely phenomenal! To drink I had Blake’s blueberry cider which was to die for! Exceptional service by Chase Brown. Great atmosphere. The Cuban egg rolls were done just right; the pork and the ham was tender and juicy and I thought the sauce was perfect with just enough kick. Had the special which was the brisket quesadillas. I liked the fact that you could taste the brisket and everything else in the quesadilla complimented it. Brisket was tender and had just enough smoke. Overall, my wife had an excellent experience and I know at some point I’ll be back. As a side note, I’m the guy who is the owner of BIL’s BBQ.

My mom and I wanted to try out a new restaurant while I was in town and I found this place. Let's just say I'm glad I found it because the food was GREAT, there was a good selection of drinks, and our waiter was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely coming back!

First off, awesome location right on historic Route 66 near downtown Bloomington. There's terrific outdoor seating and it was fun people watching. Now as it relates to the bbq, everything we had was top notch. The sausage & onions on a hoagie roll was fantastic, and I was mighty impressed by the Cuban egg rolls. The beer selection is also very respectable. Overall this is a fun place to check out if you're in town seeking out some bbq in a cool area.
