Our class offerings include: Gentle Yoga, Hatha Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Energy Flow Vinyasa, Prana Yoga, Power Yoga and Yin/Yang. With a variety of classes and instructors, one can practice multiple times a week in a class that suits their needs that day. The convenient class pass system brings flexibility (literally!) to students' lives.
