In early 2015, Dan Borsch and Scott Lukemire had an opportunity to grow their love for the old Louisville neighborhood with the purchase of a beautiful corner building in the Toonerville Trolley neighborhood of old Louisville. We both grew up with a love of delis and great handmade to order sandwiches piled high with the best meats and cheeses!

Frank had this extra space in the back that he wanted to open a delicatessen and he wanted Susan and I to bring that idea to life. At the time I was working as the Executive Chef at Hunting Creek Country Club, and Susan was busy managing Animal Crackers Clothing store in St. Matthews. We are both classically trained Chefs.
