Rosewood Apartments is an affordable complex that offers spacious one and two bedroom ground units as well as two bedroom town homes. If your Greater Chattanooga or Ringgold rental houses or apartments aren't rented within 30 days of being on market, we will give you 50% off the leasing fee for property management. Some exclusions may apply. If the home or apartments for rent aren't rented within 60 days of being on market, pay $0 leasing fee for property management.
