If your Greater Chattanooga or Ringgold rental houses or apartments aren't rented within 30 days of being on market, we will give you 50% off the leasing fee for property management. Some exclusions may apply. If the home or apartments for rent aren't rented within 60 days of being on market, pay $0 leasing fee for property management.

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
We will assign maintenance jobs to different parties (handyman and professional contractors) based on who will do the best job for the best price. This is a new management company for me and my husband. We were a little bit upset about one incident. We came to the office and the manager John or Jason (sorry) said he would get right on it. Before we even got 5 minutes away, everything was resolved and I felt bad as most of the issue was my fault for not checking a box on their portal. I wanted to apologize but thought this would be better to show how quick they are to handle customer concerns. We even received an email from them stating they hated it happened. Thanks for listening to your residents.

I would not recommend renting from this company . They are lairs . And they do not care about . They promise security deposit back but do not give back . If you have a maintenance issue they do not resolve it in a manner time they drag out . And the property manager Christopher is never in the office . And he is rude and hangs up while you try to address an issue . This company is nothing but a rip off . I would not even recommend giving this company 1 star . My family and I rented from them . They didn’t care about the bath tub falling through the floor . Not to mention the living room floor

Absolutely not professional people. There wasn’t clear communication, takes them weeks to resolve anything. We had no air for 2 weeks and they told us they weren’t responsible for fixing it but after arguing they finally came out. They also didn’t have the property in the best standing when we moved in. Doors were broke, back gate was broken, shed was full of pervious tenant stuff, and etc. the lawn wasn’t in good standing when we moved in however when we moved out we had someone mow the lawn however because shrubs weren’t taken care of we were charged 400 in lawn car despite the lawn

They took over our property in December 2020. They have been good to us and I honestly have no complaints against them. They have always been friendly and helpful any time I have called them. Lived here 5 years before they began managing my property so hopefully we'll be here many more.
