Moving to an apartment after living in the same home for 30 years was a little scary, but Rosewood has calmed all those fears. It's a nice, clean, peaceful little group of apartments/homes that are run by Mandy, who has been most helpful in every way. I'm happy to be here!

I live in rose wood apartments and to be honest Mrs Mandy saved me and my kids from sleeping outside... She has helped me and my kids in more than one way... When we moved in she made sure my kids had beds to sleep in and food in our belly... She has made sure that me and my kids stay safe and she checks on us not being nosey but because she cares and I can honestly say that I have made a life long friend weather I live at rose wood or not.. I hear a lot about the rules that people don't like but because of those rules my kids can come home to a safe and clean home!

The management by Amanda Ponders and,the amazing maintanence crew have made it a complete joy to live in this community. When it comes to getting anything fixed they are on top of it all- to make it as comfortable and nice and a blessing to call home!

Rosewood Apartments are a great place to live. Very clean , very safe and everyone stays to there self. The manager is very sweet and understanding. I always encourage people to put in an application if looking for a place to live. Highly suggested.

This is a wonderful and peaceful community. Mandy is very professional and a total Mom. I am so grateful for her. She was so helpful, compassionate, and welcoming! I really am looking forward to a wonderful year here. It's clean, safe, and the neighbours are friendly! Come check them out.

Illegally and without my consent, the property manager allowed my ex boyfriend (the head of household on our lease) to “remove himself” from the lease with no penalties. I was to be responsible for finding another roommate or moving out in 30 days. This was all signed behind my back and without me present. I was to be fully responsible for the entire months rent despite how soon I moved out. As I have already become exasperated with this management, I decided to move.
