I went to Lisa afer having a bad experience with tape-in-extensions. She was able to get me in really quick for an appointment and she fixed them. However she doesn't plan to wash your hair when you go in which I found weird because you want to put extenions on really clean hair. The second time I went in to her to get new hair extensions she was really rushed on time. I didn't like feeling rushed. The day after she put them in one of the extensions on the top left side began to become unsticky in one corner and doggy earred out. I texted her about fixing it twice and she never responded
