I love going to Alizah's I get my hair done in a reasonable amount of time, the stylists, environment and customers are friendly and helpful. I've been going to Claudia( owner) for about 2 years now and I just love the products she uses on my hair. I would refer anybody to her.

I booked an appointment with Marie for 1pm, I’ve been sitting in the waiting area for 25 minutes and none of the stylists or even Marie herself has acknowledged that I’m here. It’s like I’m invisible or something. I don’t know how they have 4.7 stars on google but this place is horrible. The store is dirty, seats are wet, and they have terrible customer service. I would have been better off installing my weave myself at home (which I do a lot, I just came here because i needed my hair done fast). For my first time visiting, this is very disappointing.

My hair dresser never showed. She never called to inform any of her clients. Had to wait 2 hours for a hair dresser to complete another client. Alizah doesn't have any type of business phone communication. All done by bots answering general questions. Up to 12 men come in an out of the facility. I had 3 men standing over me chatting up my hair dresser as she washed my hair. Unprofessional. Hair came out amazing.

I went in & she’s done a great job on my silk ponytail with extensions. I showed her a pic on how I wanted my hair & usually stylist don’t ever get every detail but Claudia she did an excellent job with every detail in the pic I wanted. I felt good & will be coming back, so I do recommend trying her out, you won’t regret it.

This was my first visit to the salon. I felt like a valued client from the moment I called to set up the same-day appointment. Claudia helped me choose the right haircut, treatment, and at-home care for my extremely curly hair. She listened to my requests and exceeded my expectations for a first visit. It was nice to get my hair cut by someone who understood my unique hair. Thank you for the great experience - I will definitely be coming back to see Claudia again!

It been over a year now since I’ve been going to Claudia my hairstylist and owner of Alizah’s Hair Salon, and I could honestly say I haven’t regret one bit. The environment is clean, and friendly, the ladies there never let you leave without making you look and feel like a Queen. One of the best quality I like about Claudia is her willingness to try new styles with my hair , I love the fact that she makes me try new style to get out my one style Comfort zone, and her ability to take constructive criticism and last always making sure that I leave her salon happy and satisfied with her service

I can't remember the last time i went to a hair salon and actually was serviced ON TIME....my colorist was punctual and professional. She gave me expert advice as she did my hair and what I should expect. The price was also right which is a huge plus, very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.
