Hello, Please see the attached letter sent after year 1 of being residents. This is year 2. Still no healthy resolution. It’s unfortunate, but there is NO way I nor my husband would ever recommend this… property for any hardworking honest individual/family to live for any length of time.

Complete joke of a rental company, uncontrollable water leak in my apartment. I his is around the 5th time this has happened. I haven’t been compensated for waiting or anything. They take 4-6 days to get the… job completed. I have called maintenance over 100 times since I’ve lived in this apartment for the last year and 6 months. I have pictures videos and everything. The property manager hung up on me after I complained and yelled about not having consistent hot water for 3 weeks. The list could on and on. The only person who actually cares and makes something possible is KIM

This complex is honestly a JOKE. I’ve been here 11 months and my 2 year old child and I home has been without heat going on 3 times now. I put a ticket in on 10/19/21 it is now 10/27/21 and I still have NO HEAT but yet the ticket says “complete”. When was it complete?? I work from home and being in a house that drops down to 60 degrees is not a… comfortable thing at all . Kim is a joke as well! How are you the assistant manager and do not care that my baby and I are with out heat? Basically saying “idk when it’ll be fixed” with no apologies nor emotion

Quality of what the Community offers : Price, location, floorplans.
The Staff at the Leasing Office - they are all friendly and accomodating. Most especially our leasing agent, JANICE, she is the best. She made our application so smooth and hussle-free. The system screwed our applications but she and Ms. Shannon fixed it to work for us.
