When we first moved in it seemed great, apartment was well taken care of, staff was pleasant, grounds were clean. Within the 6 months of living there; our master bedroom flooded to the point the wall was soaked and weak maintenance came out dried out the carpet and tried to fix the issue after that the bedroom and patio flooded with almost every rain, our stove caught fire when we went to cook, we caught an adult rat about a foot long in our master bedroom, 6 baby rats in our kitchen, and had our garbage disposal die 4 times even after calling maintenance. When all these problems arise staff didn

FRADULENT CHARGES!!! Beware! You wont get your security deposit back.
We moved out of the Apartment in September 2020 due to losing jobs. We paid an additional month’s rent as a penalty to break our lease. However we have still not received our security deposit back after calling them and sending emails numerous times! Less than half of security deposit was sent to us after 3 months and several follow ups. Along with the check there was a bill for carpet damages and other fradulent charges!
When contacted the community to send us pictures of damages they said they would refund me as they did

I have lived at the crossings at white Marsh for a year now. I can honestly say I have had no complaints. The maintenance is fantastic. I am satisfied with my apartment. The rent is a little high, but that is expected with any place. The water bill is reasonable and you don’t pay for parking, which makes up for the rent being a little high. I would give them 5 stars, up until recently... for the first time since I lived here I paid rent late. I always usually pay EARLY, but lately I got busy and it slipped my mind. I paid rent 7 days late ! When I logged on to my account I paid a late fee (as

I’ve lived at this complex for almost 2 and a half years now, and I’ve gotten quite comfortable in it, though I have some complaints.
1. Bugs - In Autumn, Spring, and Summer, bugs coming out are really annoying. There’s spiders, ants, bed bugs, flies, moths, bees, and maybe more. In the Fall I also ended up locked in the bathroom with a mosquito.
2. Completely Non-soundproof Walls/Ceilings - Often I hear these loud noises made by some big black guy upstairs, the ceiling also creaks sometimes and I often hear people talking up there at night. I also probably have my brother listening to

I’ve moved into these apartments 2 days ago and I regret it with all my heart. I was super excited to move into these apartments with my son but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. This apartment is infested with roaches. I’ve reached out to management and they keep insisting that the apartment doesn’t have roaches although they sent an exterminator out and he even saw the roaches crawling. My first night at the apartment I had guest over and I ordered pizza for everyone. We left the boxes of pizza on the counter for like 30mins and came back to a box full of roaches. I would not recommend

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sam, Maintenance Guys at The Crossings. I have been residing at The Crossings for 4 wonderful years. During that time Sam has done a really good job with the upkeep of the property as well doing a thorough job when oops! happen at the apartment. He come in regardless of whether we are home or not. The job is always the same. Just wanted to give Sam his props.
Have a Peachy Day!!

I genuinely regret moving to this complex. The front office doesn't know what they're doing and gives your the information that your asking about in pieces. Then they want you to "just understand" and thats just unacceptable. I've never been treated so poorly by a leasing office. I just want my lease to end so I can never go back and tell everyone to stay away.

We have had a terrible experience here. In the short two months we have been here there has been problem after problem (bugs, front door not secure) that never gets resolved. Unfortunately we had mold in our… HVAC system that we ended up seeing on accident. We complained and were told there was no mold and the maintenance crew beat on the door and stormed in ignoring us completely to “fix” this. Maintenance sprayed Tylex on the unit to “fix”the problem with the HVAC system when it clearly needs to be replaced as there is mold growth present. System is original, over

Do NOT move here!!! We lived here for 4 years because it was convienent and we had some wonderful neighbors. However, since the new property owners have taken over, the entire community has plummeted. The office staff is uninformed, more concerned with chatting amongst themselves, clueless regarding pretty much everything and does not communicate… with the residents well at all. The office manager is first to blame the resident and not try to fix the situation or take responsibility. Since the new management moved in, we've had mice and mold issues. Drug use, litter and loitering in the

Please stay away from these people. These are very deceiving and shady. Also, unprofessional. One minute I was approved for an apartment next minute the apartment is unavailable. The lamest excuse I ever heard, "the old tenants called back and requested the apartment. As a result the apartment you have been approved for is no longer available. Sorry." But the apartment you clearly told us that you were not interested in is available. Take it leave it.
I don't know what to think of my experience. You hear about stories like this but when it actually happens to you it is sickening to the stomach

Tenants have no rights, read your lease carefully. We've had an ongoing littering issue with the tenants above us. Sent pictures and details to the leasing office. They contacted the other tenants who denied everything. Had a sit down meeting with the other tenants who are now angry with us even though we're the ones dealing with the trash.… Assistant Property Manager Dan outright told the other tenants he had no proof which leaves them free and clear to continue littering. On top of that since the lease is pretty vague we cannot leave without paying fees which includes 2 months of rent

I'm not sure what these 1 star ratings are about, but I loved living at The Crossings. The maintenance staff always came within a day of putting in a request and always did quality work. I left because I relocated out of state, but if I ever go back to Maryland and need an apartment this is the first place I'll look.
