So upset. I received two confirmation emails that I had a tour on Labor Day. My current apartment place was open for limited hours on Labor Day. Since I responded and confirmed with someone from the office here TWICE about the tour, I drove a hour for my 9am appt. I get there and the door is locked. I call the only number I had, the corporate office (who was open) and I end up leaving two messages with the office. I wrote an email and still, a week later, no response. It was rude and unprofessional.

This place is amazing the people in the office are amazing. I had to change my move in date a few times due to situations and the pandemic and they were great about it. They worked with me and moved my move in dates they didn’t give me a hard time like other apartment complex did when I ask to move my date. The property manager was very nice and helpful to me and the management in the apartment complex was too. Markia and Ally help me a lot these passed couple of months and I’am very happy with their service. Markia helped me with changing my move in dates and The Manager Ally did too. I’m

I was under a timeline, and needed a place quickly, and everyone at Southfield made it happen. They were compassionate regarding my situation, and Allie and the team at the office went above and beyond to secure a nice apartment for me, my son, and our dog!😊 The apartment is spacious and affordable! Lastly, they are super pet friendly!

A great community for all ages surrounded by a vicinity of variety choices of indoor & outdoor entertainment. Nonetheless, access to public & private school for educational orieted family. Staff are friendly, professionals, courteously and the maintenance technician works tireless to satisfy the tenants requests in a timely manner.

My husband and I looked at about 20 apartments before finding this place. The leasing office was very helpful and laid back and walked us through the steps to apply. The community is very very quiet and the landscaping and atmosphere is very clean and the fellow residents are respectful. So far we love our new place. We’ve had some run ins with screws popping out and our cabinet doors falling off and the shower faucet is a little leaky so you have to play with it a bit but overall we’re very pleased with our new home. The apartments are pretty expensive but honestly you get what you pay for

Besides the horrible staff (other then the sweet women who make sure it's clean our front) this might be an OK ish place to live. They are rude and inconsiderate plus they avoid major issues. You would be better off paying way less than here to live somewhere cheaper and reliable. Never wanted to rate somewhere 1* than this complex.

Best apartment living I've ever had. Management and maintenance is the most professional and friendly staff I've ever dealt with. Allie and Jamie in the office have helped make my stay here enjoyable. Never had a staff that remembered my name like they do and say hi when they see me. They also are quick to address any concerns and/or answer any questions I have. They are hands down the best management team I've ever had at an apartment complex. Travis in maintenance is remarkable as well. He also knows my name and says hi when out and about in the community. He does great work when I need anything

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
This place looks AMAZING on the outside and inside.But we moved in here in October of 2017 and we’re leaving ASAP because of how terrible this experience has been. First of all, when we applied, we applied for an apartment that included a fireplace. They screwed that up. We didn't find out until 2 weeks before move in that the apartment they selected for us did not have a fireplace in it!!! When we moved in, we found doors broken, the washer and dryer was broken with pieces falling off, apartment was still covered in dirt and dust from the contractors renovating the apartment

Great apartment and surrounding community. Both the maintenance and management staff are friendly and efficient -- they work together ensure that the residents' concerns and needs are addressed and met. Given other comments on this page, I also feel the need to add that I have witnessed the management staff handle a couple of sensitive issues that have come up in a very professional and respectful manner.
