Middle River Townhomes

Pictures speak a thousand words. Wish I was warned. This trash( I wouldn’t even call it that!) has been here for 2 days. But make no mistake. This is an every week occurrence. They don’t have grounds people to walk the property everyday to clean up like most complexes so there is trash littering the property. This is at just about every dumpster in the complex. Exactly why they have a rodent and roach problem. Can’t wait to get out!! Wish I could give a zero. I have been waiting almost a year for ‘ a part to come in’. Maintenance is horrible!! Runnnn while you can!

Do not recommend. They never fix anything that needs to be fixed in these townhouses unless you are not living in them.

Do NOT MOVE HERE this place is horrible I will not let my dog live here my washing machine stopped working and I put in a notice and it took them seven days to say they're going to try to send someone out mind you it stunk like mildew and my clothes were ruined cuz it stopped in a cycle

Got approved for a townhome, some how got a scam call about my application..I did a tour in February and the home was ok to me. But the townhome I was approved for was different from the home I seen so I decided to take a look at the property today. I was not pleased with what I seen. There was overgrown grass, grass stains on the side of the home. The sidewalk was broken up and Piles of dirt in the parking lot, at every other townhome. The community is quiet, but I expected the property to be a little more cleaner than that and after reading the reviews, I might need to reconsider moving here

Very clean community. QUIET at night n not alot of ppl walking around. However their prices are ridiculous for what they offer. There lawn service men are absolutely horrible. The rental office takes 4EVER to get some1 out to fix ur issues. They wanna up ur rent 35+/yr yet don't want to do their job. They also take parts out of vacant units to fix the issue in ur place. Our air went up 2 summers in a row n it took THEM all summer to fix smh....

Had applied to move here was very impressed with Tae the leasing consultants professionalism and assistance. Rita was very nice to speak with also. In short, I ended up cancelling my application because the manager Donna refused to come out of her office and speak with me. I'm physically there in the office trying to speak with her about concerns and she would not come out of the office for even five minutes. Very poor customer service especially from a manager. Runnnnnn! I can honestly say I wish I listen to the reviews before I moved in back in February when the place was called "Morning Side Townhomes". I believe because the priority was under new owners the old problems was fixed. My 1# question for Ta was if they had mice problems and I was told they had pest control on rotation and they had the pest under control. Little did I truly know what I was getting myself into. The problem is not the pest control coming to the priority. It is the over all maintenance and management problem. You put in a request it takes over 2 weeks for someone to come out

If I could give a BIG ZERO and HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STEARING CLEAR FROM THE ENTIRE "UN"MANAGMENT TEAM, I would surely do so.
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
They mislead young people and take complete advantage of them.
The get young people to sign leases and LIE to them.
They do NOT care about the residents and they don't care about the safety.
LACK OF SECURE DOORS TO THE PROPERTY and COMPLETE LACK OF HONESTY. PROPERTY IS A DISGUSTING MESS.
THIS PLACE NEEDS REAL MANAGMENT that would provide the tenants with TRUTH about the UNSAFE/HIGH CRIME area.
The management team is designed to TAKE MONEY

Ms. Lareida and Chawnta are amazing! They have always been very helpful and courteous. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved as quick as possible and they are very open with communication.
