The office staff is unprofessional and do not seem to have any kind of customer service skills. It takes about 4-5 emails to get a response from anyone. Well, if you even get a response that is. I will not be renting from these apartments again and would not recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a place where the office staff genuinely cares about their job and the tenants.

This is my third year @Grand Ave and counting, the building team is and has been friendly, accommodating and helpful, throughout their different administrations. This is a safe and secure environment, particularly if you have family members with disabilities. Controlled access, elevators, appliances and responsive staff were some of the advantages of this building against all other offers. The views and sunsets from the rooftop terrace are amazing!

Lived here for a year. before COVID it was the best place I lived in ever maintenance was alright but responded really quick which I loved and the apartment was beautiful only down side is it is a bit pricey never had a problem with management or any problem at all to be honest if you can afford it would highly recommend this place and it's located in a dope spot to

This apartment complex is staffed by incompetent and insensitive personnel. There was a literal life or death situation happening today, 8/25/2020 at around 1:20pm. The manager delayed access to emergency responders (fire department) and to the tenant's emergency contact. The manager was rude and abrupt in her communication. We understand that they may have policies on when guests are allowed to enter the building but being able to convey that message with some sensitivity is critical in this situation. Luckily and dispite the manager's actions/inactions the tenant was reached in time

When the apartment above us flooded while we were on vacation, we came back to an absolute mess with industrial fans and extreme heat and we were very stressed out. Management was not able to respond to us right away, but when they did, they offered to wait to demolish affected areas until after we had a chance to move out. They agreed not to charge us for cleaning or damage done, and they provided the insurance information we needed to get reimbursed for a hotel room. Seems like a given, but I think it could have been much worse. They are responsive to maintenance issues and are always very courteous

We moved in 3 months ago and absolutely love it here. Our apartment is very big for the 3 of us; it's clean; the office staff is awesome; and it's in a great location!
Have lived here now for over a year and still love it! Not sure of all the negative reviews but any complaints we’ve had they were handled by Rachelle who is AMAZING. And the Farms and Market below rocks.

New management Rachel and Rochelle are inept, unprofessional and rude. The building is dirty so don't let their clean office trick you. I would steer clear of these apartments, because you definitely don't get what you pay for! Horrible experience and the assistant manager has made discrimination remarks due to my disability. Look at the Google reviews for a true rating of these awful apartments.

My apartment had a great view and the amenities were what you would typically expect. I really didn't have any issues during my stay, other than noise from the surrounding bars and streets. My main issues were the cost of the apartments plus parking, lack of promised amenities and the cold business practices of this company. I do have to mention that Vanessa was always a bright spot although she no longer works for the company. Aside from that, this place never really felt like a home.
