This company loves to harass anybody who is vulnerable whether its residents, workers or families. They are the definition of a company you do not want to associate with.

We rented an apartment from this management team and they have been unethically responsive. They have been withholding our deposit and have completed ghosted any calls or emails. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this nonexistent company. If somethings broken they won’t fix it. If you want your deposit or even an accounting of deductions you definitely will not get it. If you want a property manager who basically does not exist and only collects your pay checks, you 100% definitely found the place.

Hey, if you ever complain about one of their apartment managers, you might get them promoted to regional manager! Who knew that being awful at your job would get you more money! Don’t trust coast! Don’t trust their subsidiaries! Don’t trust their workers! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!! They aren’t here to help you in any sense. Shout out to Bre from Carvel! Congrats on the promotion you didn’t deserve!

Hands down the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. Good luck trying to contact them in any way, all phone numbers go straight to voicemail, they never answer emails, and nobody is ever in the office. It's almost as if this company doesn't actually exist but they're in charge of my property. I've filed countless work orders but nobody ever responds to them, but yet they somehow get deleted without response. These people could not possibly care less about their tenants and it shows.

I reside at one of their properties in Kodiak, AK. This property needs to improve. Secondhand tobacco smoke is toxic and deadly. If you to like open your window, to step outside the building, or walk around the property grounds without breathing in secondhand tobacco smoke, don't move here.

My family and I have been living at a property managed by coast for the past 4 years now. It’s our home, and we greatly appreciate everything the onsite manager does to keep things looking nice. It shows they actually care about the building more than just dollars and cents.

Professional and respectful work environment. Corporate is only a phone call away when you need assistance, but for the most part you won’t need any help. The training is great and you’re empowered to make important decisions on your own.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I will never rent a property that is managed by Coast Property Management. The assistant property manager was a nightmare to deal with the entire time we lived there and very unprofessional. They have horrible, well no customer service at this point and are completely unresponsive to emails and calls in regards to our deposit. Looks like we may need to get a lawyer involved. Beware of this management company.

Update 1SEP2020: The trash situation hasn't gotten any better. There are designated times for trash to be set out for pickup and times that the provided trash cans should be pulled back inside. I've noticed quite a few residents either willfully ignore the times or simply can't figure it out. There are always trash bags and trash cans outside peoples' doors, making the property look, well, trashy, and attracting rodents and birds. Management has done very little, if anything, to correct this. Nothing like walking by trash bags every day to get to your door. When we first moved

Literally the worst. I will NEVER rent from coast ever again. I cannot even tell you one good thing. Not even one tiny thing. Terrible ethics, terrible communication, terrible curb appeal and employees that couldn't care less. Run! Go! Anywhere except coast.

I am a Condo owner at the Eliot Condominiums on SW 10th in Portland Oregon. There is not enough good reviews i can write about Laura Stanford (Building Manager) and also Anne (Concierge). They do an amazing job at keeping the building looking great, making sure my needs as an owner are met, they have bent over backwards at any requests i have ever had. Anne is always so welcoming and smiling whenever i see her. She is always going the extra mile to accomodate my requests however she can. Laura has always been so attentive with any requests i have had for her, she is always making sure the building

Last I checked their building on Rucker is for sale. I believe they have moved. I knew some commercial brokers who told me they had ended their commercial brokerage business. However they've grown there business in other areas. https://www.bizjournals.com/portland/blog/real-estate-daily/2016/02/norris-beggs-simpson-unloads-its-residential-arm.html

I'm sure that the business practices of Coast Real estate are technically legal, but the way they do business is criminal.
You would be better off not doing business with this company.

I'm at the Nuanu Pali apartments. These guys want a flat rate of $150 a year to park your car in its own parking lot! And the parking here is horrible.

Tow guy told me to move my vehicle (that had a specific parking pernit hanging on the rearview mirror) which was parked in front of cars (that were owned by people who didn't even live there, as well as parked in reserved spots) and park in on the street next time- which was across the street and up a hill.

This lot might as well be public because 90% of the time I come home in the evening I am forced to either park improperly or park
