Lumen Apartments

What’s up with the one legged freak that smokes cigarettes around the building at all hours of the day? I think “it” lives inside the apartment building so it uses the parking garage as its hang out spot. Very unprofessional!!!

I recently toured with Lumen apartments, love the unit! It is clean and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately they did not have any studios available. I will be back to rent once they do!

I am just not happy in my apartment. It is not the apartment itself, but the area. There is a bar right beside the parking garage and there is always drunk people walking around all hours of the night and it makes me uncomfortable. There is also a lot of homeless people walking around at night as well. I bartend and I work night shifts and I get home late and sometimes I just don't feel safe leaving my car. I recommend that tenants looks elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I came to tour this apartment. We had scheduled a tour online, it was confirmed and it showed there was availability for our desired move in date. The morning of we had showed up at our time ( 10:30 am ) and we called the office and the lady who answered had no idea about our tour, which again was confirmed and stated there was no unit to show us and no availability anytime soon. Don’t you think this should be updated and made aware before you have potential future tenants driving there and wasting their time? Especially when they have a baby and had a bit of a drive. Well, if you don’t like to receive your packages on time, then this is the place for you!
This apartment complex imposed a FETCH packaging system in which you will have to pay a monthly fee to not receive your packages on time, which includes your AMAZON 2 day shipping. The employees at Lumen state they have no control over Fetch and when you try to call/text/email Fetch, there is no response! Talk about frustrating!
Not to mention the NOISE and HOMELESS around here. Cars with loud mufflers and sirens ALL the time.

My fiancé and I lived here for less than a year, only because we had to relocate for school. Bailey and Tony were a fabulous team. Both of them do their jobs with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help. Tony is so responsive and quick to fix things and actually explain them. This complex in Port Gardner is definitely one to check out if you're moving to Everett. The interior design is beautiful and the location is great. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby. We will miss it!

We've lived here for over two years now, and it's been a great experience. The management team is friendly, personable and professional. You really can't beat the location!

The property management team,Dakota, Cat, and Gary, were always a pleasure to be around as well as the overall experience of living here was great. If work didn't take me from Everett to another area I would definitely continue my residency here!

I just moved in and Caterina and Ingrid made the whole process from finding the right apt for me and my daughter to moving in a very easy process . Caterina is who i dealt with mainly and she is very easy to talk with and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend these lady's to anyone looking for a new apt . When i was moving in i also had multiple people offer to help including some lovely lady w kids in her car :) . The building is very quiet so far i haven't heard anyone , music etc . Definitely a great price i would prefer this place over a big apt complex any day.

Erin is horrible to communicate with. She creates false cleaning charges! Move out charges way too much! They will charge all your deposit on things that you shouldn't be paying! If management gets better, the place is pretty nice to live.
