Husband and I recently purchased a house in Olympia through Katrina Eileen Real Estate. I was scrolling through houses on all the apps. I have attended various classes offered over the years and there is always very good content and presentation. There was a class on using your rental property for AirBNB offered about 3 years ago, and I recently had a real estate buyer tell me she had attended that class and was referencing what she learned then as they consider purchasing a beach house for dual purpose of personal use and AirBNB rental. The bed is to die for comfortable! I never needed the air conditioner, but was great to know it was there... the little kitchen was all I needed my entire 2 week stay..
The location could not be beat. The canal is exceptional, shopping, restaurants, coffee, wine and more are 5 minutes away!
Most of all, Katrina is the most amazing woman!!
