David is absolutely phenomenal at his craft and has outstanding attention to detail. I can reach him on the phone/email/text anytime I need anything. In this ridiculously competitive market, David was able to execute to get us a house that had 9 other offers! He then turned around and sold our house and was able to attract several offers and high escalations!

David was awesome to work with. He was super responsive, which was vital to us as buyers in a seller's market. We were able to view houses we were interested in very quickly allowing us to jump on opportunities that we might have otherwise missed. He knows Seattle super well and was able to give us insightful local knowledge that was very useful since we were moving from out of state.
