Onpoint Real Estate Services executed an early site assessment and feasibility study for a 70-unit multi-family mixed-use lot in the Central District of Seattle, WA. If you need us to lease out your unit, we conduct criminal and rental background checks to ensure quality tenants. We have never been more financially secure. Not only is their advice invaluable, but the staff is beyond reliable and has taken care of every need and then some! The apartments are fantastic, and I have enjoyed the association with Jaebadiah and the Onpoint team.

Onpoint has gone above and beyond to assist with our needs, especially Anthony and Tamara Gardner! They understand and anticipate the needs our residents and continually strive to develop solutions to meet them. We are a fairly busy HOA with lots of moving parts but Onpoint makes everything so simple that we never skip a beat. You cannot go wrong working with Onpoint. They are professional and courteous one hundred percent of the time, and our resident satisfaction has never been better.

Some of the positive reviews on this company have actually been posted by employees of the company, or their affiliates.
On-Point manages our condos. Sometimes they are friendly, as is the case with Anthony. However, the CEO is often dismissive and rude. They've also caused very serious issues within our own condo community recently mostly due to their inability to pay attention to detail.
Miscommunications and a lacking attention to detail are not the only issues with On Point. They also sent a letter to all my neighbors personally blaming me for their own failure to follow our Bylaws, which

They have some great people working for them (Tamara!!) but ultimately when you need information they could care less about providing it. One of the owners of the company even responded "Great" when I raised my issue and asked for help. Signaling that as the property manager that they do not care about the fact that my condo is under repair, and have refused to provide any information required for me to address it on my own. Furthermore, for an assessment they only

Onpoint has grown into a formidable business while still having the capacity to hold their customers as their number one priority. With care, resilience, effort, and the motive to give back to the community, I believe OnPoint has a very bright future and I am more than happy to say I have worked with them. 100% recommend!
