I've done work for Vicaso on several occasions. There is an outstanding invoice of $786 from December 2020. After multiple attempts to contact, I have still yet to be paid. I'm a small business owner and I trusted this company to be professional and pay me for work completed. I've reached out more than 10 times now. I was told it would be taken care of and that I'd get a call back and nothing. Unfortunately, I'm leaving this review to hopefully get this resolved because I'm left without any options.

If I could I would give it zero stars. I have used them before and had wonderful service but since COVID customer service has plummeted! Beware of using this company, their lack of responsiveness, inability to edit requested photos, holding product captive and delaying release of pictures which hampers your ability to list on the MLS should make any agent run.

I have now had 2 terrible experiences with VICASO for my real estate photography. First of all they do not answer their phone or return messages. The first time I should've learned the photos came out terrible with shadows everywhere so they tried to edit it which the colors came out distorted and they tried to digitize twilight photos that looked like a fake photo.
My second experience they quoted I would receive the photos by 9-11am however it is now 7pm and I still have no photos and no communication as to when I should receive them

Okay so I must say my whole experience with Vicaso has been amazing!! If I could somehow add more stars to this review I would.
The shoot was easy to set up - requested the appointment, pricing was clear, and they confirmed the shoot for my scheduled time.
Our photographer Jordan was the best! He was so helpful in helping figure out the right angles in each room (including what to remove) and his images turned out fantastic. The drone shots were just incredible.
As promised Vicaso got the images back by 9am the next day and they looked great, but needed a few adjustments. This is where I got

I used Vicaso in 2007-08 with great success, no glitches and no drama. The photos and service were great.
Now, 10 years later I have reached out to Vicaso via email (no calls are accepted) and have received little or no response over a period of two years. On one occasion I booked a photo shoot with Vicaso (verified by Tamara) that required me to fly in. But with no response from Vicaso for the week prior I canceled the trip. It was a good thing because Vicaso never showed up and never offered an explanation or any communication. I just received (8-8-18) a promo email from Tamara at Vicaso

First, let me say...the Pictures are gorgeous! I LOVE the photographers Matt & Jennifer, as they're always courteous, and work with you on capturing the best image for the subject. The problem is with the Admin/front office...I've been a customer of Vicaso's for many, many years. Over the years, I've dealt with the shortcomings of the company, miscommunication, after miscommunication with scheduling shoots with Rain. Photographers not showing up, as the scheduler forgot to notify the photographer, and erroneous charges, which turn into credits. The latest and greatest

The pictures are nice....when you get them. The absolute most frustrating thing about this company is that they are not reachable. They purposely do not publish their number and you can only contact them by email, which they are slow to respond to. Since I've never had a shoot that didn't need further editing, you're stuck emailing them the issues and at the mercy of whenever they get back to you. Several times I've been on a deadline, they charge me the rush fee, but then I can't use the pictures they've supplied by the time I need them. Grr....

I have hired Vicaso for photography for 7 of my listings over this past year. Their ordering process is seamless and efficient and the availability of photographers is good for quick scheduling needs. I have noticed a difference in the quality of their photography for their various photographers and have been disappointed by their lack of ease in summoning customer support to remedy.

I have been working with Vicaso for my listing photos for about 2 years now. I have without exception loved every single photo they have delivered for me. I'm fairly picky about my photos, and I see a number of what are supposed to be professional photos look less than professional. When I hire a photographer, I expect them to know more about the artist concepts of photographing a home than I do. Vicaso delivers. I would encourage anyone to compare Vicaso work and see for themselves.

I did the pictures and the virtual staging-both great. This is a great tool for Real Estate brokers and for anybody trying to sell a home. The virtual staging makes a vacant home look like a lived in home-I like it a lot. Sky, the photographer was great as well. It is a little difficult trying to reach a person at the office, but once we were set up it was smooth.

I am a Real Estate Broker here in Seattle and been using Vicaso since 2008. Vicaso has taken photos for 84 of my past listings. My Clients are thrilled every time I send them the pictures of their home. I always hear positive comments about the quality and of the vibrant colors of the photos taken by the talented staff of Professional Photographers. When I need extra photos taken or an emphasis say on the view of a particular property, or a late evening shoot, they have been more then helpful.
