Natasha was an amazing coach. I did virtual coaching and she uploaded my home workouts weekly and always checked in with me. Will definitely recommend this place! Before Bump Fitness Club, my fitness level was close to 0. Natasha and her team really helped me strengthen myself for the journey ahead and I've loved every minute of it.
These classes have really kept me motivated to make an effort to keep working out because honestly without them, I don't think I would be. Thanks so much for all the encouragement and support over the last two months it has been exactly what I needed and I really would not have been able to stay active this far into my pregnancy without your program.

Services
Our prenatal program is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and supervised environment to encourage exercise during pregnancy. Our goals are to help our members maintain their daily activities, and build strength and stamina for the physical demands of labor and delivery. Our small group approach also helps to provide encouragement and support throughout your pregnancy journey.

Dr. Natasha is extremely educated on health and safety for expecting mothers. Her passion is keeping you and your baby happy and healthy with her fitness programs!
