Let's be honest, as mothers, we all struggle with fitting exercise into our weekly routine. We know we should spend more time exercising, but it just sits at the bottom of our priority list. Because we are so preoccupied with all of the demands of family life, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by multiple barriers that prevent us from taking care of our health.

If I showed you a solution for all of these common barriers and road blocks, would you move your health and well-being up a little higher on your priority list? As a fitness expert and mother with the same list of barriers, I've developed strategies that have broken them down and put me on a life-long journey of exercising and taking care of my health.

Enduring labor and giving birth is like running a marathon, so it's important to prepare your body for that day in the same way you would prepare for a marathon. Research has found that appropriate exercises are completely safe and very beneficial for both mom and baby.

Whether you're currently active or just wanting to begin an enjoyable exercise program to have a healthy pregnancy, I'm here to help you learn how to safely remain active during these precious 9 months!If you are interested in beginning the Prenatal Training program, please speak with your midwife/obstetrician about your health and any contraindications that may prevent you from exercising.
After giving birth, it's important to be patient with your body as it heals and as you adjust to the new demands of caring for a newborn. Many women begin vigorous exercise programs just weeks after giving birth so they can "lose the extra baby weight" as quickly as possible, but many of these women injure themselves because they didn't allow their bodies to heal properly.
Being a mother is a very difficult job that requires a lot of time, energy, and patience. Whether you're a mom of one or multiple children, working or staying at home, we can all relate to the feeling of having no energy or time to spend on ourselves to make sure we're taking care of our health.

We are the glue that holds our family together, so investing in our health is very important because our families depend on us to be there and care for them when they need us most.Regardless of your schedule, you always have some time available to fit an exercise into your day. The goal of the Fit Mom Training Program is to eliminate the excuse of having no time in your day and allow you to have more freedom in your exercise program.
All of the exercises have a video or image to demonstrate the movement, and it displays everything you need to know about your workout, including equipment, weight, sets, reps, rest, and additional notes I might have for you. Feel confident in your workouts by knowing the proper from and techniques for each exercise.
You can now enjoy the perks of a personal trainer and individually tailored exercise programs in the comfort of your own home. No need to worry about finding a fitness class that fits into your schedule or spend time getting ready to drive to the gym.
