I absolutely love Hammock Oaks, the management is easy to reach and very responsive. Maintenance here is the best of any complex I've ever lived at, they sometimes respond within hours of a maintenance request, especially if you flag it as urgent. Super pleasant complex, definitely recommend!

Renter for 10 months always paid on time.
Management lied to me about price of breaking lease charged me $700 dollars more than quoted. I complained about noise and inability to sleep.
They did nothing. Skateboarding in parking lots smoking pot in stairwells. The rent was high for the quality of atmosphere snd no one cares.

I live at this community and I have to say that I am very pleased with the Upkeep of the property. The few time I had a maintenance request things get done in a timely manner. Great job Maintenance, specifically Dennis!

Very friendly and helpful. Didn't have one bedroom available. Instead of ending the conversation she gave me numbers of nearby apartments that might have what I was looking for. So thank you.

I don't know about the apartments, but one of the tenants is totally rocking ❤️😁

This community and management is a breath of fresh air compared to where I previously lived in Mt. Dora. The current management staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have had very little maintenance needs since moving in August of 2020. The maintenance team is quick to respond and so far have been able to resolve any issues I’ve had. It’s pretty simple to live happy and peaceful here, just pay your rent on time and be a decent neighbor. All apartment complexes have to adjust rent yearly to accommodate for national rent changes and yes sometimes the compactor gets backed up..but again

I've been in apartments and rental homes from Georgia all the way to San Diego California, of all the places this place has the best combination I've experienced of it all. Great floor plans, atmosphere and competitive price. The staff are always hosting something for us here including a time when they did a homecooked breakfast and stood outside handing it out to folks going to work and school. What apartment complex does that!? Of all the places I've been this one is also the quietest. Even weekends, this place is never loud. I'm finishing up a year lease here and when I moved in they accommodated

Very clean, well kept place. However, management is rude and dismissive when you have any issues. Our apartment got mold due to a leaking A/C inside the wall that could not be seen. Management tried to blame us and took their sweet time (approx. 2 weeks) before they removed the mold. Ely is the only helpful and kind person in the office.
