I went into the Bristol Lakes office today and Jenn was very very rude. I went in...stood by the front entrance waiting on a person to help me. Stood there a couple of minutes, then peaked around the corner. I could see a lady (Jenn) sitting at her desk. She put a finger telling me to wait. I went back and stood by the entrance. After about 3 mins, she yelled from her office "can I help you" at this point I didn't know if she wanted me to step into her office or yell back. I started to approach her office since she never got up out of her chair(I was wearing a mask) and she yelled, "Don't come

We have lived here for 7-months and enjoy the apartment. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance staff is excellent at their jobs. We've had a few items that needed repair and were taken care of quickly. The office staff is the easiest to work with. They take in deliveries and ensure the items are kept secure until picked up.We did have a "situation" with an upstairs neighbor and it was handled very quickly. Would recommend this location for prospective renters.

I love my apartment. I love the area and the activities that Jennifer and
Linda do with the residents. Linda and Jennifer are two of the best
people you would want to meet on any given day. They both go out their way to assist what ever you need. Try to ignore the disgruntle comments
until you check things out for yourself.

Lived there for 8 years. Moved out Jan. 2020. The Good: quiet place, clean and well kept grounds, office personnel nice people, maintenance workers competent and efficient. The Bad: You will get ripped off with the water bill (an extra at least $50.00 added on to your monthly rent) no matter your water consumption, the refrigerators are junk that WILL break down and get replaced by another repaired piece of junk . There was a night watchman at the main entrance who they got rid off .Rent will increase every year(like anywhere else).A single garbage dumpster cannot keep up with the amount of waste

I absolutely love living here! I love my apartment, the community, the area is close to pretty much any store you can name. I also love the fact that parking is easily available around the property alone. When I moved in my apartment was clean and in amazing shape. After decorating I am comfortable to call it my home. I do live on the 2nd floor and based on the noise disturbance reviews, I definitely do aim to be as considerate as possible to the people below me with my walking, stepping or anything. The community is pretty quiet also, so the noise is very sparse.

Great place to live if you are choosing to rent somewhere. I’ve lived here for roughly 6 months so far, and the apartments are great. Good value for your money. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues, and each time , they have been taken care of swiftly and with importance. Property manager is friendly, pool is cleaned consistently, and it’s an overall good area to live.

Though my family and I are leaving this apartment complex for various reasons (ranging from outgrowing our own space to our inconsiderate downstairs neighbors), I will say this place is amazing. It was our first time being able to have a home to ourselves which has been amazing. If you are open minded to the fact that the buildings are older and the walls are thinner, you'll do just fine and you'll be able to make it your home. For the price, the apartments are great and well kept. It's close to everything, including downtown Mount Dora, yet still secluded from the noisy US Hwy 441.

I went to this building three times to apply but sadly they did not have apartments in the first floor. Every time I was there the office staff was very polite, the common areas well kept. The only down sides are the apartments are small and not a lot of closet space. Still I was willing to sacrifice that because of the tranquility of the place.
