Spring Harbor Apartments is a community that offers apartment homes for restricted income residents. Residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes Identified below. HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.
HOUSEHOLD INCOME: All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veterans disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits and any interest and dividends payments.

Pool is only open when the staff feels like opening it (never after 5 or on weekends when most people enjoy time with family) Laundry room is also locked on weekends, workout room has been locked for over a year. All locks have been changed and residents who paid for keys are not allowed to enjoy the amenities. Apartments have little to no maintenance unless it’s an emergency. Pest control is little to none.

Poor employee attitude and attendees. My mother the person whose name is on the lease called stating that she went on a Saturday but it was closed and they told her, that schedule starts in September 2021 but even on the website it states that it's open on Mon-Fri's from 8-5:30 pm which it's never open passed 4:45 pm and every Saturdays from 10 am - 5 pm without a start date. She even told the person that she had a pic of the letter stating that the office would be open and the office was open has she had been to the office once before on a Saturday w/o a problem and now all of a sudden it's closed

Spring harbor apartments was a good place to live when we first moved in but it is not that way now. Coming home from work at night it is hard to find a place to park because people that aren't even living here take all the parking spaces. My car also got dinged by people that don't live here. I have one car, some units have have 3 and 4 and sometimes 5 cars, some have disabled cars that are not running. On the lease says residents are allowed two vehicles for every unit but that is not that way at spring harbor apartments. I remember when i had a car that was disabled and was forced to move it

Worst place to live. Office is closed Tuesdays & Thursdays AND Saturday & Sunday. SOOOOO the office is closed 4 out of 7 days of the week??? AND, they are NEVER there past 5 pm. And they do not open to residents until 9 am. Online it has office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm closed Saturday & Sunday. I work in Orlando 8-5 Monday - Friday. I have to leave work early to speak to someone in person because they NEVER answer the phone. But, i have to make sure it is Monday, Wednesday or Friday. I do not have a maintenance issue; BUT, i would like to speak to an actual person. I don't mind
