The city so nice they named it twice. New York, just like its inhabitants, might seem tough and unwelcoming, but wait until you get to know the City better! Give it some time, keep an open mind, and you'll fall in love once and for all. New York is America's most populous and diverse city - home to 8.5 million people.
After collecting all data points, we now see that the average price for 1-bed apartment stands at $688,250 with no changes this month. Asking price for 2-bed apartment remains the same, a place of this size will still cost you $1,230,928. Reports state that an average 3-bed apartment price did not change, so you can still get yourself one for $1,500,471.

The best thing I like about Rentberry is how you can find everything you might need as a landlord in one place. So, I manage two rental properties, which might not seem like a lot, but it definitely takes all my time and energy, especially when I'm in between tenants and have to search for someone new.

Honestly speaking, first I decided to give them a try simply because it looked very user-friendly, neat and nice overall. And, it turned out, it was really worth it.
It was super easy to list my property, download pictures, and so on. But, what I liked the most is that I received lots of feedback

Just started using the website a few days ago, and I think I might actually find my next apartment here. Not sure about other cities/countries, but there are tons of good places to choose from here in San Francisco. And, you don't just have the regular categories like apartments and houses, but you can also search for a loft or a townhouse, which might be very useful for some people, in my opinion.
So far, I've contacted a few landlords and rental agents who posted their apartments on Rentberry. They all seemed professional and nice and it was easy to agree on an apartment showing with

I have to move to a new place soon, and Rentberry is one of the websites I use to find a home ) I guess most of us would look for a home on a few websites to go through as many options as possible )
One of the things I enjoyed about this platform is the interactive map. It is very convenient because you don't have to keep a map open in the other tab and check it every time you want to see in which part of the city the rental is located. And it is very responsive. On some websites, such kind of map can get glitchy or freeze, but it never happened to me here.
I'd also like to mention that

A wonderful place to find rentals with great features, such as the ability to add properties to favorites, filter by the types of property, and virtual tours. Like many other people, I use a few platforms simultaneously when I look for a rental, but there are some things I really like about Rentberry. For example, the map to check in what neighborhood the place is located, a vast list of amenities to choose from (I cannot live without an air conditioner, so I only look at rentals that list it), and how easy it is to contact a landlord or agent to schedule a tour. It's neat, and there are no

I had a problem where I couldn't access my account on Rentberry, and Kate from the customer support was very helpful and gave me several options to try and resolve the issue. It turned out that there was a problem on their end, so none of those worked. She kept me up to date about the progress on their end, and the problem has been solved pretty quickly.
Speaking of the Rentberry platform in general, it is user-friendly and easy to navigate; that is what I like about it the most. The design is very sleek as well. Overall, it's a solid company to use when you search for a new home. They

Great service, easy to use and I got my place rented for more than I initially thought I would be able to. Highly recommend it. Don't understand the old reviews that knock it. It works well.

Rentberry is one of the best places to go to for any rentals. I needed a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. When contacting them they had quite a few which surprised me, as these are hard ri come by. I went and looked at a couple and fell in love with them. Was a hard decision but I made one. I live Rentbery. They are fast and most of their properties are very affordable. Rentberry you are the best.

This place is a joke. I tried to list my property several times. I think they must be using a computer generated response to emails or someone from another country who has not been properly trained. The service is terrible and a waste of time. I wasted a lot of time sending emails to someone or something that had no idea what it was doing. One of the many problems with these modern tech companies is they try set up cheap automated systems and really compromise any type of legitimate service.

Confusing site. I bid on two places. Sent at least 3 emails and 4 phone calls over the course of 3 weeks. Inquiring on when the bidding will end? Asking for when there might be open houses? No response from the people who posted the rentals? Now a month later and still no response.
I will say the tech dept. did help me out when my application hit an error. Prompt response.
But as for the landlords using it, they need to fix that.
