Melissa Cardine MSN, RN, WOCN, BCPA has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in Nursing and has over 20 years of nursing experience. Our mission at The Bridge RN Patient Advocates is to empower others to become their own health advocate. The RN Patient Advocacy process does not strictly follow the health insurance model; rather, it includes and goes beyond it in scope. The RN Patient Advocate model is unique in its inclusion of both Allopathic, Functional and Integrative Medicine modalities presented to patients as possible treatment options.

This Medical Timeline will be an invaluable resource for both you and your health care providers to manage your care.
From the start of Melissa's arrival at the hospital, she was extremely caring and thorough. I could tell that she was well versed in all aspects of nursing and hospital care. She was patient with my mom, whom if you knew my mother, could be extremely difficult. She was not afraid to ask questions of the staff or doctors in the hospital, even through the non-professionalism of a particular nurse.
The Bridge RN Patient Advocates provides in person service to patients and patients' families in the following communities: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, and Phoenix. We also provide consultations and services via phone and video conferencing. Melissa Cardine is an absolute godsend to our family! My aging parents live in Phoenix and all four of us "kids" live out of state. She has professionally gained my parents trust, guided them through many rough patches, attends each physician visit and follows through with any recommendations. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Melissa, I knew she would help my family in a very positive way. That was an understatement. She was born to be an RN and definitely you want her and her staff on your side when dealing with any medical situation. I had the pleasure of hiring Melissa Cardine to assist me with my ailing mother who lived in Arizona since I did not live locally. I wanted to be sure that my mother was being watched over during her extended stay at Banner Hospital.

My family and I have personally used Melissa and her services numerous times and it’s hard to put into a review how amazing she is. Melissa is thoughtful, thorough and patient while putting your whole health needs as a priority. Melissa has come to the rescue of every client I have sent her way. The services she provides gives more than just the necessary care to clients, but a peace of mind to them and their loved ones.
