First off...There is NO view.
This place is a dump. It seems nice but they have zero control or care. The threat of towing non-residents is just that, a threat. Houseless folks live in their cars around the property and rummage through the garbage. They tell you about the pool, clubhouse, and gym!! All are closed due to covid and they don't know when they will reopen. You are still charged for these "luxury amenities". There is NO security deposit, it is a payment to the landlords which they will not give back. There office staff confirmed they will find enough issues to eat up any "deposit".

In my opinion this apartment complex is very beautiful and the maintenance is right on top of things and knows what they are doing. Parking is complicated alittle but that's what you get for living on a big hill in Happy Valley, you take what you can get things will work around if you want to continue to live there. God bless our leasing staff and the residents here. Truly grateful and don't take it for granted, we need to accommodate because alot of people in this world have it much worse.

My partner and I lived here for over two years. Each year when it came time to renew the lease, they raised rent more than $100.
Parking is a disaster. I was told by a lady in the office that any “parallel parking” is open to visitors but when my parents visited and they parked in a parallel parking spot where no towing sign was posted, their car was towed and they paid over $300 to get it back….
My car was broken into.
The pool was never available for either summer.
And finally.
The security deposit.
What a fu@&$ng mess. I had to call multiple times and visit in person to demand it

We were told there was guest parking behind building L looked around no other cars parked next to us had any sort of sticker or anything. So we parked an hour later our cars gone but none of the others are. So after getting illegally towed were being charged $400 to get our car back. Being that there's no labels spots how does this appartment handle towing. I will strongly urge people not to live here especially if you have multiple cars and or guests coming over.
