Our oversized one, two and four bedroom apartments feature walkout patios or decks (based on which apartment you choose) and offer extra storage. Large windows create naturally bright spaces. Each apartment has its own carport as well as a garage space that is available upon request. Our property includes a long list of amenities include a tanning, sauna, hot tub, dog run, and car wash station.

Services
Up to 2 pets per home are allowed at this community. An additional deposit and pet rent will be required. A veterinarian must certify the breed of the dog and a record of vaccinations must be provided to the property prior to approval. We also require proof of the animal being spade/neutered. Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc.

I have been talking tore0ekside since mid December. Unfortunately health problems have kept i the hospital and now the is going to be very soon. Incense everyone good thoughts a and prayers. Six months in a hospital bed is way too long.
While stuck w/o the very little to do. I have seared eery apartment in greater Portland. the ladies of creekside.fe have been responsive and very helpful and never letting their frustration with me show.
What I say, that the only way you will find a kitchen like this would be in a penthouse apartment snd probably not either. The amount of cupboards and counter

Recently, I was re-located to a new office and have been looking for a place closer to work. I had the opportunity to visit Creekside Apartments and was pleasantly surprised! I felt more like I was visiting a neighborhood community then an apartment complex. It is beautifully landscaped and quiet, considering it is off the expressway, the brick wall around it probably helps. Michelle was helpful and patient with all my random questions,which was great not being rushed. I wasn't able to see the amenities due to them being closed, which I understand. Unfortunately, there were no 1 bedrooms available

I have been in the market for a 1 bedroom, and decided to check out Creekside Apartments. The model I toured felt very home like, with a ton of kitchen space! Michelle was very helpful providing me with information regarding the property and was helpful addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, for me there are no 1 bedrooms open, but Michelle offered to add a notification when one is available! Hopefully soon!!

We have lived here two months and are really happy we selected this community. It is beautifully landscaped and built into a hillside. We enjoy have an assigned carport close to our unit which is included with the rent. It is a very convenient location to restaurants, groceries, and shopping centers. The maintenance and office staffs have been courteous, helpful, and very efficient. Additionally, the floor plan is spacious and well thought out. We appreciate having a separate entry and a dedicated kitchen area. Definitely recommend.

WAY overpriced for units that have old appliances, old carpet, and aren't in the best shape. I cannot wait to move in 2 weeks - if you have more than 1 car in your household parking has been a nightmare lately. I've come home some nights if there's a party in the clubhouse or for seemingly no reason at all and there literally isn't a place to park - anywhere! Had to call animal control on a neighbors dog that bit me, at least the people in the office acted swiftly there and got the dog off the property. Still dealing with pot smoke smells coming up through my bathroom from someone

DO NOT RENT HERE. The manager is unprofessional and rude. She complains about tenants behind their back. It's her way or the highway, until you get the district manager involved with some common sense. A lot of tenants have moved out in the last year because of her, including us. Cleaning and maintenance issues take way too long and/or go unresolved., after repeated requests. Don't get suckered into a cheap rate for the first year, cause they'll jack the rent way up for the renewal. Don't believe the information they provide about amenities here or on their website.
