Services
Up to 2 pets per home are allowed at this community. An additional deposit and pet rent will be required. A veterinarian must certify the breed of the dog and a record of vaccinations must be provided to the property prior to approval. Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc.

Absolute WORST place for parking! I’ve spent over a $1,000 on getting my car back and the office will not give any leeway to residents. You would think that they would have a better program set up with the towing campy so they can look up a vehicles license plate to see if they’re a resident before towing. Besides that, at night it’s almost impossible finding any “visitor” parking at all, you’re stuck having to park across the street where you’re also at risk of being towed.

I had a one Bedroom apartment and loved my year living here, the neighborhood is really quiet and is within walking distance a river, park, and golf course. The community management staff was always very kind to me and were always quick to complete work order requests. My space needs increased and I was able to find a 3 bedroom apartment within the same community. I look forward to continuing to live in this wonderful community.

This is by far the worst place to rent! The management team is lazy and they do not enforce any of the parking problems. Along with the parking situation being absolutely atrocious the units themselves are dirty and not very well maintained. Covid has been an excuse for everything wrong with these apartments. Horrible experience.

So I moved here in June of this year, and I can honestly say, this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The management has been fantastic, specifically Regina. She has always been super helpful throughout the entire process of getting me approved, all the way up until I got locked out of my apartment today (8/28). 😂

I have only lived here for a short while. As far as I have experienced, it is amazing! The maintenance people are in top of it, the staff are the nicest people. Not much noice to be heard besides the occasional shower from below my apartment. Even then you have to be sitting in silence to identify it. I love it here! The one bedroom layout is very large for my husband and me. Lots of space and areas make it seem much bigger then what it really is. If I could give a few more stars I would!

We have lived at rivergreens for 6 years almost and enjoy the environment. The staff is friendly and always quick to fix problems. Santiago in maintaining though is great! He is always willing to go above and beyond for tenants and is always friendly when we are out and about and always gives a friendly hello or wave when we drive by. Thanks all the team at river greens but especially Santiago for making tenants feel so welcome and cared for in the community.

I moved into the Rivergreen complex in June 2020. My experience had been wonderful. The apt is comfortable. The community has been wonderful and supportive while I'm working with a new puppy.
Regina and the rest of the office staff has been profession, polite, and very easy to work with. This complex has my recommendation.

If you love dog poo outside your window or screaming kids outside, then by all means move here.
Or if you do AVOID 19749 and the surrounding buildings. There are several young kids that spend the afternoons and evenings yelling and screaming in ways that are above and beyond excessive. If you look at their available apartments as of today, you… will see that a majority of them surround that building. Gee I wonder why? Don’t believe me? Come on by after 5pm on a sunny day or the weekend afternoon. Or right now, as they are a yelling and a screaming outside as I write this.
