I have been living at the Steven Creek Apartments community for 4 months and live in Building C which is one of the security buildings with an elevator, key fab entry and a ground level parking garage with a security gate. I am in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a South facing view. There is a beautiful old Oak Tree that is just outside our balcony which attracts hummingbirds, and other small birds. I have even seen a Racon in the tree!! The office staff Briggs and Rachel and Lucy are exceptional and make me feel at home. I enjoy walking the area, and taking my grand kids to the Eagle Landing miniature

I can't say enough good things about this complex! The management team is so amazing and responds very quickly to any issues you may have. The complex is always very well kept and clean and the apartment themselves are so nice, modern and clean. I'm so happy we found this place and I honestly can say for the first time in a long time that I really love the place I live. Thank you to everyone at Stevens Creek for making this an exceptional experience 👏

We've been living here for 7 months now, and it's a really great place to live. The management is very friendly and are always happy to help. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly which is great. They always have fun activities and such planned as well. The apartments have a great layout and are very spacious. I highly recommend living here.

This apartment complex has been the best apartment experience my husband and I have had! Management is awesome - especially Briggs who is very much a people person and always willing to work with tenants to accommodate them and their needs. They are willing to transfer residents to different units without hassle, maintenance is fast and efficient, and overall communication with the office has always been great. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for great management and a great atmosphere to live.

I enjoyed living at Stevens Creek throughout my 17 month tenancy. The design was modern, efficient, and the high ceilings gave my 1000 sf apartment a much more spacious feeling. QUIET, well built in 2018. I never had any noise complaints, although I was on a top floor, so my neighbors below may have had a different experience.
Energy efficient appliances were included and it's all LED lighting. I seldom had energy bills greater than $60-$80 month; maybe once in the depth of winter it hit $90-$100

We have called Stevens Creek Apartments our home for almost a year now. It is quiet, clean and friendly. We enjoy walking The path/sidewalks up to the golf course (Eagles Landing)complete with miniature golf too. This location has it all, shopping, lots of restaurants to choose from, and grocery stores too. A quick jump onto the freeway.
