One of the best value apartments in Bremerton
I have been living here for the past few years.
Pros:
1. Unlike many lower rent apartments, I have never had an issue here with vermin of any type. I see racoons sometimes but I believe this is because some folks think they are cute and keep feeding them.
2. No smoke or smell of smoke. The walls are clean and no smell of smoke. On occasion, a neighbor will smoke pot and you can smell it in the halls but this is rare.
3. New laundry facilities that work well.
4. Completely quiet. I have never had an issue with loud noise. In fact I am probably

Terrible... just terrible. The manager has a hard time doing anything and complains if he has to do any work. My unit has been experiencing a leak over the shower and it took him a week just to look at it then he rips the drywall out and leaves a mess in my unit. He entered with out even letting me know and i come home to drywall mess all over the place. Stay clear of here if you can avoid it.
