Cedar Heights has adorable apartments for a great price, especially considering the area we live in! We love our apartment and the staff is super friendly and easy to work with :)

Bad experience ever since lived here . Management team could not care less about everything . Some of them been working there too long so are too comfortable to care about any resident issues .If any maintainence issue comes up , they will take it forever to fix it . We had issue in our master bedroom’s restroom recently , they said one day and took 7 days to come in and take a look . We had to call multiple times yet it didn’t do anything . Many issues before and they take forever . And please don’t get me started on parking . Plus anytime it snows , they don’t even get it showelled road

I have lived here for 10 years. The maintenance and office staff have always been helpful and responsive including assisting with a neighbor issue. Every year they work on improving an aspect of the buildings or the community. Some of the reviews listed here detail old problems such as the parking. There are more parking options now and they replaced the mailboxes with more secure mailboxes.

I would give a 4.5. I lived here for about a year and a half. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear every footstep of my upstairs neighbor and anytime water was running in any of the upper neighbors. That was my only complaint. It was the best price in the area. They never increased price with my lease renewal. Got back my full deposit, so I know they are honest.
Amenities are not really anything. Pool and workout area are not really usable. If you just want a basic apartment in the Kirkland area its a good place.

There’s always an issue with the apartments, either the water isn’t heating up, or the shower heads/ faucets break, and it takes them forever to get back to you and actually fix the issue. Maintenance workers never seem to put their 100% into their work. We’re all still paying for the amenities but they’re all closed!! Leaving right now to shower at my friends house because the water won’t heat up!

I have been here for a little while and it has steadily gotten worse. I seriously would not recommend to anybody. High crime area, no security cameras, complete disregard when issues are reported to management. Recently, parking spots have been taken away, without notice. Rent is overly expensive considering how bad this place as become. If there is one thing going for them, the maintenance and office staff are very nice. I blame management. When this pandemic ends, I will look for a new place.

Worse customer service ! My sister has lived there for 3 years she had asked for an apartment with two bedrooms since hers it’s only one. she was excited to move out and have one bedroom for her kids also not forgetting the worse neighbors she had it didn’t matter if it was during the day or night that they always complained! I went to the office with her and asked nicely for her to move to a 2 bedroom apartment she was told that they weren’t doing any “movings” or “renting” since they were remodeling, one week after she saw people transferring from one apartment to another one of

I stayed in Cedar heights for 5 years. The rent initially was low due to the included water and sewage charges and Also had my personal reasons.
They have started charging for the water and sewage. Everyone around me moved within a year or 2 and had bad experience to share.
I was optimistic but my experience was even worse. In my case:
1. They haven't done the pre-move out inspection and charged me very high amount on the name of damage to 5-8 year old appliances. I feel, They upgrade the apartment with move out cost. They called out rusting as an issue. How do you take care of that on already

I've lived here 6 months so far. The maintenance team is wonderful. I've lived at other complexes before that were rude or you could tell that they didn't like their jobs. The maintenance team at cedar heights are so nice and pleasant to talk to. I like that I can put a work order in and on top of that, they check the unit periodically throughout the year and they will fix everything that they find is broken. I've never have had a complex do that before. They are on top of it. The girl who came today was named Rachel. She listened to me and actually took the time to explain what was wrong with

I saw some negative reviews posted here but I would like to give a fair review. I moved into Cedar Heights about two years ago from PA. That was my first time relocated in WA. I didn’t have time to fly to WA to look for apartments instead of searched website and found a list of candidates. Cedar Heights was one of candidates in my list. I called and emailed to the leasing office and the staff responded me quickly and professionally. We had good conversations. Even though I hadn’t visited there yet, I decided to gamble with my choice. Once I got to WA at the first day, my apartment was ready
