The list is now to long for me to let the number of items that have either not been addressed. I know that they get busy, but to be ignored on many occasions and being a loyal resident. I do have some very big… cincers about how this place is managed. I received a 10 day notice to vacate or legal action will be taken. we. should I take legal action my self because there is a long laundry list of complaints that I have. I have lived here for over 6 years and never bee. treated so ridley or been told I don't know or I can't help you or you just have to wait. hmmm what kind of customer service

This place is beyond beautiful. The upkeep with the grounds is the highest of quality! The people in the rental office are helpful and attentive to whatever you need!! The maintenance guys are friendly and whenever you need something explained they are so informative and respectful! The dog park is wonderful and I love that they are very firm on the regulations of being there. If you want to live in a quality community I would definitely recommend here. People respect each other and are just so friendly!

Moving from state to state is kind of nerve wracking, but everyone here has been so helpful. From my first call for information with Hailey, to meeting Melissa, it has been so pleasant! They are kind and responsive and they both made me feel like they actually cared and wanted to help me. Even better, the apartment grounds are clean and beautifully kept and I was happily surprised with the size and home feel of the unit. Super happy with happy with my decision.

Absolutely beautiful. Totally recommend. I am hoping someday soon to move there myself. I love quietness. I also enjoy the fact that its clean which I feel is extremely important. Respectfulness of each other must also be an absolute goal for this communities patrons and it will continue to do very well.

This place is a joke! It's awful! Management and maintenance are cheap and do a REALLY bad job. Across the way from me - a previous tenant had a major roach problem... not only did nobody inform the other tenants in the same building but when they asked about the problem and what was going to be done, the employees flat out lied! said they knew… nothing about any roach problem... fortunately everyone has pictures and proof so when things hit the fan... 😀🤣 Unless they try to make everyone else sign a gag order like the last tenants?!? SMH - Its pathetic.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
The ladies at the office are great and love my dog! If I ever have a problem or concern they get back to me quickly. They lawn/exteriors are maintained pretty often and the fenced dog area is great when it's not too muddy. My apartment is great, no complaints there so far. Big thanks to Mariners Glen's wonderful staff!

Absolutely the worst place to stay they have no respect for any tenants and wont take you seriously, i am stationed in Bremerton and had to move here last minute and so far all we have had is problems with… maintenance and mold they will not provide a clean environment i have been trying to break my lease but they will not allow it because they believe wiping black mold off our couch other furniture and clothes with bleach and rags is taking the necessary steps to prevent mold which is wrong they will not find the source of the mold which we believe is in the walls since the mold keeps coming

It’s easy to get in and a hassle to get out. If you’re the kind of person who takes off your dirty boots before going in your home... this is not the place for you. If you’re a military family and you’re looking for somewhere off base with just as much privacy invasion, this place may be perfect for you. It’s hard to say which rules you’ll have to… follow. I received a notice stating I need to remove hydraulic fluid from my back patio. Oh you mean the empty 5 gallon bucket on my back patio right next to 2 other buckets that weren’t mentioned in the

My Wife, son and I moved in about 2 1/2 months ago. The staff are all kind, courteous and very helpful. If we have a problem they can usually get to it that day. You actually see smiles on their faces when you go into the office. The apartment complex is kept clean also. The staffs are all aces in my book.
