Walls are very thin and parking is not assigned. We have lived here for a month now! Place is great and people stay to themselves! Workout room is great and so is the playground! Grounds are always clean and I always see the maintenance guy working hard! Apartments have walk in closets and nice rooms! Garbage is left outside and someone picks it up!

I was a tenant here for about a year and a half. The apartments are well kept and fairly modern. They have a pretty leaniant pet policy. Their maintenance team fixed the one time we had an issue very quickly. The ladies at the front desk are all very friendly as well. The amenities they offer are all very nice as well. It's a bit of a ways out of town and traffic backs up getting into the highway often, but its convenient how close gas, groceries and food is. It is a little on the expensive side for renting, but if it's in your price range the amenities offered might make up for that.

Overall, I've been pleased with our apartment after living here for a little over a month. However, parking is a disaster. There is optional covered parking for $25/month, but otherwise, you're going to have a hard time, ESPECIALLY if you work nights like I do. By the time I get home, there is no parking available near my unit. I've had to park by the rental office multiple times, and if you leave your car there past 9 am, you get a nasty email from the leasing team threatening to tow your car. Working nights, I am rarely awake by this time. I'm considering buying covered parking

Abusive, thieving, dishonest, nasty management. I complained that one of their contractors had stolen electricity from me; first, they denied it, even though I caught them in the act, then they got verbally abusive & bullying. They threatened to evict me - a disabled Navy veteran, 60 years old. Not people you'd want to trust. The only reason they get one star is because there's no way to give them negative marks, which is what they deserve. Navy shipmates, steer clear of this place.

Great staff, accommodations and location. We appreciated their pet policy and prompt maintenance men when things came up. We did have packages stolen several times from our doorstep during the day and run ins at night with belligerent drunks and smoke constantly coming into our windows from the neighbor despite it being a non smoking property but, you can't control everyone.

Don't be loud and we won't have a problem. Management is nice, and they have fun events monthly. Overall it's not bad, I'm not 100% sold on the place moving forward, especially because these walls are paper thin and no one understands the concept of living in an apartment and being quiet. It's a constant struggle to relax with noisy neighbors. Complaining doesn't do much either. Just a continuous slap on the wrist, and a continued ignorance of the problem.

We've lived here for 2 years and love it. We wouldn't be moving if we didn't have to deal with a job change (commuting to Seattle is a nightmare, obviously). The apartments are nice even though the walls are thin. Maintenance goes above and beyond; last summer we had electrical problems in 90 degree heat and they stayed until 9 or 10pm without lights or fans to fix it for us. In the B building the back of the apartment is open to the thicket where tons of birds live, so all year you hear birds singing and our cats are constantly entertained. The front office is great about receiving packages from

We had an excellent experience at The Sidney. In particular, we were impressed with the staff. We decided we wanted to move into a larger unit with an extra bath, and they were more than accommodating with a transfer. The maintenance crew is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained, and it's cozied up to a wooded area, so most of the buildings have a wooded view from the living rooms. The ceilings in these apartments are also quite high, which makes them feel more spacious. Generally speaking this is a great complex that looks quite nice.
The area is great. Port Orchard

***My opinion is based on my comparison of this place to other places I've lived at in the past.***
Super friendly staff, nice club house, very nice apartments for the price. The amenities at the complex and the proximity to work and places for shopping and leisure sealed the deal for me. So far I've enjoyed my time here. I would recommend this place.

They pretend to be nice until you move out. Even after taking your whole deposit, they still come after you demanding nearly $700 more. The apartment my mother had was very clean with no damage and they still try to find ways to clear her bank account. This apartment is a crock and i wouldnt recommend it anyone. Stay away.

I lived in The Sidney for almost a year now, I loved everything about it. They are very nice size Apartments! They're staff is so friendly and welcoming and I love the fact they do free food and drinks every month to celebrate the holiday of the month for all of the tenants and they do give away prizes at the event. All my maintenance request were attended to as soon as I put them in, and they even called to check to make sure everything was still working good. Im moving out because my lease is up and have to relocate for work. I recommend them though!

I thought when I moved away from Bremerton I wouldn't deal with this style of apartment again. There is constant noise whether it's my next door neighbor blaring music, my downstairs neighbor having a loud dog, or my new upstairs neighbor with the combination of loud music and a tv. I've tried complaining about the downstairs neighbor a few times and have physically talked to the next door neighbor, but honestly your better off living in a house. For the money we pay to live here, it's not worth it.

I lived in The Sidney Apartments for a year and a half and overall I enjoyed my experience there. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Also, I always felt safe there, which is extremely important to me. The common area was welcoming with coffee and cookies always available, and the gym was clean and well maintained. I had a 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and a large living room and master bedroom (for an apartment at least). The cabinets and tile were the standard "cheap stuff", but it was fine. My porch was private and looked out on greenery, which I loved, because

Where do I start. The staff is good. But the apartment it's self if horrible it was a bad mistake to move in. We are on the 2nd floor. The walls SUPER SUPER SUPER THIN!! we can hear EVERYTHING our neighbor next to us say, we can even hear his alarm off. He also has a dog that barks non stop. When the neighbor upstairs goes to the bathroom and flushes the toilet we can here the water in the pipes so clear you would think it was your toilet. We have sliding closet doors, we can hear the neighbor upstair sliding their doors. We also can here the the neighbor washing machine fill up with water

We moved from Idaho in October and it's been nothing short of awesome. Sure there are rude loud people but for he most part it's quiet and people mind their own business. Have had a couple hiccups but they're nice apartments. The property manager is awesome at resolving things. I would definitely recommend them! Update; I'm not a fan of a flat fee for w/s/t because maybe someone doesn't use as much water, sewer, or trash. Why not keep it the way it is and the extra fees that are accruing from going up, disperse them into the residents I think we should pay them BUT, I think

In regards to their sister complex "The Sinclair". At first glance they look really nice, and are located in a very convenient location.
I'm going to write minimal information, since they aren't worth the extra time to type.
1. All appliances/floor are horrible/poor quality.
2. The staff, which has changed twice in the eight months I lived there is rude/judgmental.
3. They don't keep records of events.
4. HUGE notice in who is allowed to rent there in the last five months. My feeling is to get full occupancy. When i first moved in, it was mostly small families
