Honestly I would give less stars if it weren't for the front desk and the maintenance workers. They were very kind and helpful. The apartment itself was fine. There is no air conditioning which at times is awful, but common in WA state. Getting maintenance work completed was difficult. It took over a month to patch up walls and fix a leak while a dehumidifier had to run constantly, doubling my electric bill for two months at Christmas time. The noise level was the worst part. When I was speaking with the representative about the apartment (I didn't see it before moving in due to covid) I was told

Shannon at The Reserve at Bucklin Hill was amazing helping our company find accommodation in Silverdale. We needed a place in short notice and she helped us navigate the process quickly and efficiently. The grounds and apartment are kept in excellent condition. These apartments have amazing sunlight which is a big thing for me, lots of grass and trees, my old apartments didn’t have ANY sunlight which bothered me. I toured with Cassidy and she took me to see two floor plans, I liked how much space they have in the units and that there’s a storage unit. I had questions a few days later and Erin from the office was quick to call me with the answers. looking forward to applying this summer!

I got a hold of the reserve about a month ago to find a new apartment, I was impressed with their floor plan options and that they had washer and dryers in each unit as opposed to communal ones Ive been seeing a lot on the market that I really don’t care for. I spoke to Cassidy and she gave me information on my floor plan options and pricing and was extremely helpful when working with me to find a unit that fit my needs. I have really enjoyed living here at the reserve. The staff is always soo friendly and nice. They really take an interest in their residents and make it apparent that they are approachable and helpful when needed. Ive lived here for 3.5 years and am pleased with the kind, helping, and good people here. Whenever i have a question or concern, it is addressed, and answered and in a timely manner. The maintenance is quick and efficient on work orders for us and always very helpful and approachable. The managers in the office are wonderful and sincere. As a military member, I did not have the opportunity to visit the complex before moving across country. The staff, was incredibly helpful and even took my boxes and packages that were sent early into my new apartment for when I arrived. They have since been nothing but kind and generous. The location is especially beautiful with mountain top views and well cared for landscaping. There are plenty of walking paths and maintenance issues are a breeze.It is very quite and scenic. I have loved every minute of living in this space that I call home. Thank you.

Here's a positive review for you. My daughter and son in law have a clean and neat two bedroom which has worked out very well for them. The abundance of trees and quality shrubbery make the place park-like. Especially welcome are the extensive paths and green belts for walking their dog. Things are in good repair, and kept in "like new" condition. Being on the hill-top has meant that the air is fresh and good and healthy. The amenities are first rate. It's a great place to live.

We have been here for a week now and just love it. Aside from the highway nearby, it's nice and quiet. Lots of parking on property. Trails closeby. We like the Clubhouse feature, which allows us (no matter what time) to pick up packages too big for the mailbox. Folks at the office are friendly, helpful, and communicative. Had a sink issue upon moving in but was speedily repaired early the next day by awesome maintenance staff.

I really enjoy the reserve. Its a great community and staff is great. perfect location. Beautiful landscaping. Theres plenty to do in the area, and all of your basic needs can be taken care of without needing to go too far. Kassidy took me on a tour of the community and answered all of my questions, and Erin returned my calls in a timely fashion.
