My husband and I have been looking for a house for almost 3 years, we met Cory half way through our search. I cannot praise him and his team enough! we had a wonderful experience with them! Cory gave us good advise in our offers along the way and always had our best interest at heart. He was the only broker who brought us pocket listings, which is how I hear you can even get a house in the area we wanted. Even after we closed he continued to follow up with us and help us with our renovation. I felt like we made a friend and not someone who just saw us for a sale. :)

Working with Cory Holtzman and his team has been a truly unique experience. Firstly, I met Cory at one of his open houses - he followed up with me, one of the only realtors who did from the many open houses we went to. Cory was also the only one who took the time to really understand what our quite specific needs were with regard to shopping for a new home and selling our existing one. Cory sold our Cheviot Hills home above asking price. His suggestion for a list price was almost 150K higher than the other agents we interviewed and he pulled it off. We were adamant from the start that we would not negotiate on the price and he delivered. The deal was a success. His goal is to sell for as much as possible which is exactly what one needs as a seller.

Cory is the best real estate agent you could ask for. He helped us find a rental home a year ago when we moved to LA, helped us to sell our home in Berkeley with a realtor colleague there, and then assisted our search to buy here this spring. We were disappointed in the outcome of the sale of our West LA home.
Pros: Cory is hard working and knows the West LA landscape, especially our neighborhood, Cheviot Hills, because he grew up there. He was also always in time for open houses and brought flowers and cookies.
Cons: Cory quoted us a list price that he said he was pretty certain we could get, if not more. However, we ended up getting $120,000 less than the list price and felt like Cory perhaps had mixed loyalties during the process.

I worked with Corey in the Culver City area selling my home and had a great experience with him. He knows the market and helped with every aspect of selling a home. He had contacts for prepping the house, for a moving company, a good contractor for repairs, termite company......he has wonderful contacts and I would definitely use him again.
I moved to the desert area and he even helped me with some ideas in that area and I eventually bought in the complex he suggested.
