VICTOR QUIROZ started in the real estate business when he was 19 years old. He had just moved from the Los Angeles area to the San Francisco Bay area, ready to attend college and sign a lease on his first rental apartment. Victor Quiroz is a great realtor. I am not ever sure that is the correct word for the professionalism and insight he gives to the people he helps with the journey of finding a home. He is very thorough in the sense that he takes in consideration your family and the needs of the family. He is an excellent person to work with if you are looking for your for ever home or just a home he is the person to have in this journey of purchasing your home. Excellent customer service and very hard working.

We have known Victor for many years and knew he was the only one that we would trust with the purchase of our first home. He has an eye for real estate that can't be beat. Vic is the best realtor I have ever met. He helped us find our home 4 years ago, and then helped us rent it out recently. He is quite professional and responsive, he always shows up on time, gives professional advices on houses based on his experiences, and he never pushes us to make decisions. I was introduced to Victor by my coworker after I had bad experiences with my previous incompetent real estate agent. I'm glad that I met Victor because he is not only professional but also very knowledgeable. He teaches real estate class! In the beginning, he provided a zoom meeting and explained whole process of home buying through PowerPoint. He also provided a zoom meeting so that I understand documents I'm signing. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I will work with him again if I ever sell or buy a new house.
