As a first time home buyer, I feel fortunate to have met Albert and Roubina, and even more so, to have gotten to work with them. Albert sold my condo in record timing and he is super easy to work with. I thought it would take longer to sell my place but Albert's local network is so good that he had multiple offers come in and we started escrow within a week of the listing. My only regret is that I wasted time talking to other agents.

I have to say, Roubina and her team are great! We started the process to purchase our townhouse last December, and finally we closed escrow after 1 month 3 weeks. Met Albert and Roubina though a friend of mine that takes care of all my commercial properties and I have worked with other agents, but I must say Albert and Roubina went out of their way to please us and to get the best deal for our house.
I must admit we were not very motivated sellers and the buyers were difficult but Albert and Roubina made it very easy for us, and tried to make everyone happy.

Albert and Roubina are amazing agents! We tried to working with a few other agents, but we were not pleased. Once we switched to the Condo People, whenever we saw a property that we were interested in, they were on top of it! They were always available when we had any questions and their extensive experience in real estate was evident. We would highly recommend them!

When I sold my first house back in 2001, I lost $20K on the deal. My agent, while great for a buyer, wasn't capable of being tough enough for me, the seller. When working with Albert on my fourth and latest house, not only was he fair for all parties involved, but he was also firm in how he handled potential buyers making sure I got the most value out of my property.

Will never use anyone else! We met Roubina randomly while visiting a condo open house on our own. Since then, we have bought two houses with her, and my sister in law has also bought house with her. Roubina is just the best, genuinely interested in you, kind, patient, always available, honest, and wants the best for you. She even came to my baby shower:) She knows what she is doing, intelligent, and very professional. Love her. Makes the process easy. She even held my wedding rings for me when I left them out in the open on our open house day!

This is the third time we have used Albert and his team for the buying or selling of our home(s). Albert is extremely diligent and proactive in making deals happen, and he really cared about finding the right home for us which was so appreciated.
