Wanted to view a warehouse in the Arts District during Thanksgiving week and heard nothing from the listing agents for days. Luckily we found Donegan and he responded very quickly after we contacted him through

This firm is representing themselves as community orriented which is nothing but hot air. They are trying to solicit free artwork for an DTLA wall without any respect to the artistic community. integrity is important to me and it should be #1 across the board. I will not do business with this firm because of their pseudo-relationship with the surrounding community. Gentrification is the new hipster-colonialism.

Zac Stiehl was my contact person at DTLA Realestate. He assisted me alongside my colleagues in touring two units. He also provided additional information for other types of property that my boss was seeking. He was pretty informative and he had great follow up throughout the entire process. There was one thing that didn't go smoothly. There were two units that we were looking at, one of which we thought we were applying to get. However, it was brought to our attention that that unit was no longer up for grabs. Upon the application being submitted it should have been thoroughly communicated

Saw some stuff online which caused me to believe Donnagan and his company might be helpful. Sent a detailed email. A couple days later I get a very general and vague response from his assistant, some guy who is new to this region, and not very knowledgable. The exchange went downhill from there...
My feelings now, this company and it's employees are artifacts of the gentrification going in in dtla today. I can probably do better without them.

Fast forward to this month, when our lease was up and we needed a new office, I called him with a very specific (urgent) request. Despite the fact that he wasted his time with us a few years back, he still politely answered my call now and was ready and eager to help! He had me looking at office space same day and facilitated our move in within 3 business days. We got exactly what we were looking for!

I was in the market to lease a warehouse , Mr Donegan helped me to find the right place , again after few months wanted to sublease out my warehouse for some reason, again he found right tenant and subleased my property . if you are in the market I really suggest you guys to consult this broker first.

So, I called Donegan at Downtown LA Real Estate just before lunch and by 2:45 we were looking at prospective leases. Seriously, from not knowing me from Adam to all the sudden we looked at 3 locations the day I contacted him.
What can I say, he is fast moving and easy to work with. We ended up not leasing with him, but I was so impressed that I decided to write this review anyway. Very cool people.

Donegan helped my company rent a work space in Downtown LA. We needed a warehouse with an office space area for our glass wholesale and distribution company. He was quick to reply to us and showed us commercial space right away. He was all over the place I think because he was juggling so many clients. His phone kept ringing on tour. Would recommend him tho, liked what he did for us.
