I hired this company to work with my team of agents and brokers. They have the best of the best social media and website design services. They truly provide top-quality service for my realtors. They generated leads that converted to sales. I have used this company for 10+ agents on my team and we have closed sales from their marketing. Not to mention the customer service is amazing. I worked with Sophie, Eric, and Christina. All super friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. the price is super competitive and fair. We have a locked-in rate as we have been with a local social pro for 3 years now

I can't speak to their service, but cancelling is a nightmare. My boss called in and asked to cancel services and was told we had to send an email. I sent the email which got an autoresponse asking me to schedule a cancellations call, which I did. In the time between scheduling and actually having the call, I received repeated emails and phone calls asking me to schedule the call--which was already scheduled. During the call, I told the rep many times that we were not willing to pay for this account for this agent any more and I was not interested in a Facebook coaching. If they wanted to contact

I paid for a year subscription in advance and 3 months prior to the end of my subscription I called and emailed them to cancel my account and credit card. They confirmed my request by email but said I could not cancel at the time. That I needed to call as well 7 days prior to the end of my year subscription. So I did that as well. During the call I was told I had to send another email and that it was too late to cancel the card and I would be charged for another year. I asked for a supervisor and there wasn't one. I'm still waiting for a call back.......

Overall I am happy. They respond quickly and they do what they say. I consistently get new content posted to my site as promised. The content it self may not always be the most pertinent however, giving my followers a mix of items is not detrimental. For what we pay for this service this is a good value on a basic level.
