I recently listed & sold my condo in Normal Heights with Jeff Hinds and the experience could not have been better! Jeff was incredibly hands on, which was crucial since I am currently living across the country on the east coast. He helped facilitate getting rid of all of the furniture in my fully furnished condo so that it could be staged property, arranged for painting to be done and carpet to be installed. Jeff was amazing and worked with us the whole way! He did everything we asked for and more. Selling during COVID was challenging for sure but he made sure everything was well taken care of.
