Wonderful experience working with Gonzalo! I came across his website which had lots of information about the different neighborhoods in San Diego. Gonzalo and his team assisted me with the purchase of a condo. We were very happy with his services, he proved to be a skillful negotiator, excellent communicator and efficient professional. Even after closing we had tons of questions and requests to retrieve transaction paperwork that we already had but could not retrieve ourselves and Gonzalo always made it a priority to handle our requests. My husband and I worked very closely with Mo Laghavi. He was wonderful to us even though I'm sure we weren't the easiest clients.....He spent days showing us all around the Sand Diego area. He explained all of the areas and he was able to zero in on a perfect condo for us!!!!! He even drove us to the train station a few times. I will look forward to running into him while we are at farmers market in Little Italy................We feel truly blessed to have met and worked with Mo and Gonzalo!!!

Gonzalo and Mo helped me sell my condo in downtown San Diego. After the tenant vacated they helped me with the staging and in about a week they had all marketing materials ready. The photos taken by a professional photographer looked amazing and they created very appealing brochures and flyers to hand out to people coming thru the unit. A website dedicated to my condo was also set up and it looked great! After listing the unit they sold it in 3 days for over $50k what I thought I was going to get for the unit. I worked with Gonzalo to sell my house in north county and subsequently to purchase a condo in downtown as my wife and I were downsizing after our kids left to attend college. Gonzalo never pressured us into buying, he was very understanding of our situation and carefully listened to our needs. He was available to show properties on short notice always adapting to our schedules.
