Lee Schwartz is a native of San Diego, having attended La Jolla High School and San Diego State University. Lee has close ties to the community and he and his family members live in Bankers' Hill, Mission Hills and Encinitas. Lee's first passion has always been real estate and he is the Broker and Owner of Team Metro Real Estate.

Your house hasn't sold, you've lost hope and you're not quite sure if your agent can get the job done. Fire him/her. Call Lee Schwartz and he'll sell your house in the exact amount of time he tells you he will sell it because Lee is a CLOSER. Follow his lead and trust his talents and his team.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Lee helped me in more ways than I could have ever expected. I was needing to sell a home that was long overdue and had the luck of meeting Lee through a friend. From that point on he went step by step, gave the time I needed to make some big decisions and the whole thing was completed last week. I would highly recommend him and would have no hesitations using him again in the future.

I recently worked with Lee Schwartz at Team Metro to sell an apartment building in North Park. Lee was tremendously knowledgeable about pricing, marketing, and the various needs to obtain the best offer on the sale. The owners wished to do an 1031 exchange with the proceeds and Lee also was tremendous in navigating the intricacies of completing that without incurring an adverse tax consequence.
I have previously worked with Lee on single-family residential transactions and have found him to be equally adept in that market.

My partner and I had income property in City Heights that was in need of renovation. We also needed to sell it. I contacted Lee Schwartz at Team-Metro. He came out and there was a great deal of work to be done before we could sell. Lee put us in touch with clean-up people, locksmith, etc. After some work was done, he listed the property, and we were very pleased with his efforts. He sold the property for more than we expected. I worked with Nathan Crowley to buy a condo here in San Diego. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful whenever I had any questions. It took me a year and a half to find a place - not Nathan or Team Metro's fault, by the way - and Nathan was there to work with me the entire way. He was always just a phone call or e-mail away and I think he went over the top to help me out. Very impressed and absolutely thrilled that Nathan and Team Metro helped me finally buy a condo.

I can't recommend Jamie Hopkins enough. He sold a family house held in trust with contentious beneficiaries (half wanted to sell/half didn't), and sold the house in three months. Many times he had to tread water with the beneficiary living in the house, as she wasn't always helpful in showing the house. He handled her beautifully and with care. He had to juggle many personalities and did so expertly -- I swear he must have a degree in psychology. You won't be sorry if you use Jamie for your real estate needs.

Jamie Hopkins is awesome- I have bought 2 homes from him and he has been great! His advice has always been dead on and we would have not gotten both homes without him! The art of being a real estate agent is partially navigating the psychology of the couple buying the property and Jamie is a master of helping couples reach compromise. couldnt recommend him enough, wish there were 6 stars!

Lee schwartz showed my home today to a perspective buyer. After the showing, Lee left my front door unlocked, my back door open, and my outside dog in the house! I called to ask him why he did this and he stated I need to contact my listing agent and they can work it out. That's crazy, the guy left my house unlocked all day! On the phone lee was so rude! If he didn't like my home that's fine....but please leave it the way you find it!

We bought our first home in June with Team Metro. Our real estate Amy O'Dorisio was so helpful. She showed us homes for about 9 months before we found the one right for us.
