David helped us find our perfect starter condo back in May. We couldn’t have picked a tougher time to buy, but with David’s guidance we found the perfect home. He was incredibly hands on with all of our questions and concerns especially with us driving in from Las Vegas every weekend to view properties. He gave amazing guidance and ultimately us buying at the price we did wouldn’t have been possible with out him or the hardworking team at Greater Good Realty. David was patient as we slowly got the place ready for photos, yet ready to jump as soon as we found another place in Colorado, to put the condo on the market. Words cannot begin to express what a positive experience I had with David, Monica and everyone else in the office whom interacted with me during my search and purchase of my condo Downtown! We had the best house buying experience with David Stone! He made buying our first home not as scary as we anticipated. He was direct and informative. He treated us with respect and honesty. I'm certain the process would not have gone as smooth with other agents. David made himself totally available to us for questions, showings or information. He's responsive, caring, diligent, and savvy. He will go out of his way to ensure his client's get the best. Oh, and like a true professional, he stays in touch with his clients well after the deal closes to make certain they are still satisfied, and to remain friends.
